M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate (granite) of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread, voids filled with screenings and blinded with coarse sand rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep in area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

Bituminous pre-mixed asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness, with 6% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-10 bitumen rolled with 8 to 12 Ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Automatic hot mixing plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregate, bitumen etc for premix dense asphaltic concrete and mix for both items shall be laid with mechanical pavers. (ii) Quantity of bitumen in dense asphaltic concrete shall be used as per design mix and shall be approved by the GE. Any variation in quantity of bitumen in desigm mix shall be priced as specified in the particular specification through deviation order. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of design mix.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified.

Applying evenly a priming coat of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 Kg /10 Sqm complete all as specified.

Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content 4% by weight of total mix, rolled with 8 to 12 ton power road roller and compacted to required camber, gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb or mud stops rounded or chamfered on stone/edging and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Solar road studs having 3 LEDs of colours red/yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die cast aluminium alloy of size 125x125x20 mm with built in stem nail 37x37x55 mm long for fixing with epoxy, LED solar cells, battery and light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable transparent sheet roof system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge of 8-10 hours fixed in repair complete all as specified. 2.5 mm thick road marking strip (reflective) of specified shade colour using hot thermostatic material by fully automatic thermostatic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, gum beds dispenser propane tank healers and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of material labour, T&P, sealing the road surface of all dirt scales oil greases and foreign material etc complete all as specified and as per the specification of the applicator and directed.

Dual direction 30 degree angle high intensity reflective cat eye double moulded of impact resistance ABS plastic stud 90x115x16 mm plane base having ultra violet resistance colour (White/Red/Yellow) having micro cube corner spark glow PC reflector White/Red/Yellow for fixing with bitumen adhesive complete all as specified. Cat No. GPL-02-45-B of Greenlite or its equivalent in the makes mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

High intensity prismatic dual direction twin reflector delineator having two 110 mm dia red coloured HIP intensity reflectors along with three additional HIP red reflectors 25x75 mm over 300x165 oval shaped steel sheet 18 gauge head supported over steel tube 47 mm dia of 18 gauge steel support of total height 1000 mm having flared/welded foot for firm grip to base, steel parts powder coated to make all weather resistance complete all as specified. Cat No. GPL-11-05-01 of Greenlite or its equivalent in the makes mentioned in Appendix 'B'.
