M&L for preparation of existing roof surface by scraping, cleaning and making rough to receive the roof treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement in roof padding of any position of any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sq.m including cleaning base surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrance weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application using gas torch with an overlapping 100mm on each side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: No extra charges shall be paid for gas & other arrangements.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of 500 litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and writing 'date of cleaning' on tank with white paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of 1000 litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and writing 'date of cleaning' on tank with white paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tank exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank triple layers (Cylindrical vertical withclosed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 1000 ltrs capacity any description,complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
