Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling concertina coil, of any type any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in over areas, hard/dense soil n. exc1.5m in depth; for foundation, getting out. In hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in over areas, hard/dense soil exc1.5m in depth; for foundation, getting out. In hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out. In hard/dense complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.10 herein before but 5mm dia and over and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns raft and raft beams sides and soffit of foundation and plinth beam and similar work similar or batte for rough finished surfaces of concrete in flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete in square or rectangular complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffit of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, and similar works for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for UPVC 110mm bore pipes SWR grade (10kg/cm2) pressure for weep holes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregate), as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregate), as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregate), Beams, band, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion/crumple joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel works in Framed work such as Y shape channel angle iron made up fixed over RCC column/PCC solid block including make 4 Nos holes each side equally spaced for fixing of barbedwire fencing, grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each) line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F concertina coils super barbed bladed profile of dia 600mm and weight of coil for 50 spiral turns shall not be less than 0.9 kg and one coil (50 spiral)shall not be streached to more than 6.0 mt blade shall be 0.50mm thick galvanised steel strip and 2.5mm dia core wire fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc completeall as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Appex weather paint Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels,cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work exc not 15 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel works in Framed work such as Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
