Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide & not exceeding 1.5 meters in depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in each layer of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of GI pipe, light grade of 80 mm dia, laid in trenches/on poles walls complete with all fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated, PVC Sheathed, galvanized iron strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade cross sectional area of 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Supply and fix in replacement of Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, LED street light made up of pressure dia cast aluminium housing with high efficient lighting source with toughened glass having IP66 protection LED street light of capacity 70 Watt complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement of street light bracket made out of 25/32 mm dia GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long including bending, welding ,drilling holes as required and fixing with flat iron clamps 25x 5 mm thick (02 Nos) with suitable nut, bolts and washers to steel tubular /concrete poles/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC, one piece moulded SMC base and out door pole mounted hinged door size 333 x 233 x 120 mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 6 Amp MCB SP with base for controlling the street light, FI clamps 30x4 mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washers including embossing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electorde of size60x60x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.50 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point and the equipment to be earthed all including testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40/80 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 250 Amp, 4 pole , 36 KA, 50 Hz including MCCB sheet metal enclosure mounted on wall with fastner and suitable size of nut and bolts complete all as directed .

S&F in replacement of item No 1 Steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP66 LED flood light suitable for high lighiting architectural façade and general purpose lighiting of capacity 120 Watt LED complete all as specified.

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply drawing, connecting and testing in replacement 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible ) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from KIOSK box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & install ,testing and commissioning of transformer step down, outdoor type copper wound 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ of rating 250 KVA , core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ONAN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changergear switch . The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade CRGO with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.

(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3.5 core 300 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c ) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.

(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight. (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Effeciency level - II.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of 120 Sqmm, 3 core Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm , 3 core.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm , 3 core.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of 300 Sqmm, 3.5 core:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

M&L for Bore earthig 150 mm dia buried by vertical boring machine, depth 50 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12mm dia, 115mm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore well upto the depth of 49 mtr and one mtr above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commericial salt charcoal dust, copper suphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The borewell should have 12 mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of borewell. Welding of GI Strip 50mmx6mm on earth electrode GI Pipe 50mm dia upto 10mtr below ground level and 15 mtr from the bore well to test point gun metal and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 60cmx60cmx30cm all as directed by Engr-in-charge. GI strip more than 25mtr will be measured and paid separately. Note :- Cost of gun metal test point deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix air break switch gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm gradded aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4, 75 mm thick (using 40 mm gradded aggregate) for floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3.15mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh , made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flate iron /angle by welding in position including one coat of primer and two coat ot synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 315 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with microprocessor release - 01 Nos (c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer
