Supply and fixing stainless steel sink with drainage board, made out of 1.00 mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washer & waste pipe (GI pipe of 32/40 mm dia) fixed on cantilever angle iron bracket, connecting union overall size 915 x 460mm with bowl size 410 x 330 x 160 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing jet for china wash down water closet pan including necessary PVC pipe fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in cooking platform complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of the stone slab on edge such as cooking platform and other similar work etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing complete in skirting over and including backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid colour ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic, designer/ concept pattern tiles 300mm x 600mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in vertical surfaces and jointed in white cement with pigment to match colour over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) including taking down old dado/skirting/wall finishes of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exc. 1.5sqm and n exc 4sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 105 x 60 mm size Pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors with one rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site etc, complete as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 165 x 60 mm size Pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors with two rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site etc, complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in bed block concrete for fixing of chowkat, copping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throttling complete all as specified and directed.
