Part - A : Mechanical & Associated works SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) of Capacity : 60 KLD Each Design (Electro-mechanical only & excluding Architectural & Structural) , Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of including associated Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & allied works for Sewage Treatment Plant of Total Capacity 180 KLD ( 60 KLD X 3 units each) using MBBR technology by M/s. Thermax/ Ion Exchange Ltd.There are 3 sets of MBBR units & each MBBR unit having capacity of 60 KLD each. The STP comprising of the following equipment and materials as per specification, drawings and accepted process of treatment, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, tools and plants and accessories to make plant operational. Supply of materials like pumpsets, valves, interconnecting piping, diffuser with membrane, PP media etc. are in the scope of technology manufacturers only cover under Item No. 1 of part-A of this Sechedule of quantities. The system shall be consisting of following sub-items for each individual STP. MBBR system of STP consisting of following items ( from Sr. No. 1.1 To 1.13), which has to be supplied by Technology manufacturers only (M/s. Thermax/ Ion Exchange). Note: The following types of valves should be supplied along with MBBR packaged each unit All electrical motor drive shall be IE2 Foot valve/ suction valve : Ball type Non-Return valve/ Check valve: Ball type Non-Return valve/ Check valve: Ball type/ wafer type/ flap type ( air line) or as recommended by technology manufacturer Discharge valve/ Delivery valve: Butterfly valve or Diaphragm (membrane) valve Any other works which are not included in schedule of quantities, scope of works but are required/ necessary for succesful commissioning & operation of STP plant shall be in the scope of contractor. Ultravoilet Light Supply, installation, testing & commssioing of UV system (Ultra Voilet Light ) for disinfecton of sewage water. The item includes SITC of required nozzles, valves, connections, piping, control panel etc. complete with all necessary accessories etc complete as per site requirements & is to be Compatible to this system of 180 KLD MBBR STP. Ozonator ( Ozone Generating Equipment) Supply, installation, testing & commssioing of Ozonator (Ozone Generating Equipment) of & shall be able to produce 100 grams / & hr Ozone & capacity of equipment is to be Compatible to this system of 180 KLD STPs. The Ozone Generator will comprise of Ozone generator , compresssor, PSA pump, Venturi, Ozone & oxygen pipes, pump,ORP detector, inlet & outlet valve, NRVs, all required accessories ,hardware as per site requiremt. Note: For 180 KLD capacity : 1 Set ( 1 Working) comman for all 3 Nos. X 60 KLD STP
Treated Water Pumps ( Gardening) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of horizontal Centrifugal Non submersible Treated Water Pump for pumping of Treated Water for Gardening. The pump shall be with IE 2 electrical motor suitably rated, squirrel cage induction motor as electrical drive with synchronous speed not exceeding 3000 rpm, class 'F' insulation, IP-55, rated to operate at 415 V +/- 10%, 50 Hz +/- 3%, 3 phase, AC supply, including supply of MS common base frame for installation of pump & motor on it alongwith foundation bolts, flexible lovejoy/ flange/ bush coupling, coupling guard, anti vibration pads, standard fittings, flanges, other accessories etc. complete as per specification, drawings and instruction of E.I.C. The bidder should provide a Canopy made out of 20 SWG thick GI sheet to protect the pumpset from monsoon, if pumpset are exposed to open area. Cost of all items, accessories, tools and tackles, packing etc required to put pumping system into service shall also be included in rate quoted. The alignment for complete assembly for pump, motor, flexible lovejoy/ flange/ bush coupling, base frame, mechanical seal, SS striped flexible hose pipe for mechanical seal (if required) etc. shall be inspected at Pump manufacturer's work alongwith other performance test. Rating of Pumps : Flow 30 m3/hr., Head : 50 Mtr. NPSH (A) : 3.2 mtr (minimum), MOC Pumps : Body C.I., Impeller C.I., Shaft SS / EN - 8, Mech. Seal S.S., motor HP as suitable. For each pump 1 no. glycerine filled pressure gauge 4" dial with valve tee and fittings. For each pump 1 no. cast iron lever operated wafer type butterfly valves of suitable size/dia, CI body and spheroidal graphite iron disc (SG iron),with nitrile rubber seal, tested to 10 kg / sq.cm Confrming to relevant Indian standards Code and including a set of MS flanges of required pressure ratings including bolt nuts, GI washers, and EPDM / natural rubber gaskets complete etcon the delivery side. For each pump 1 no. ball type check valve of suitable size with CI body and cast steel disc pressure rating 10 Kg / sq.cm including a set of MS flanges of required pressure ratings including bolt nuts, GI washers, and EPDM / natural rubber gaskets Complete etc., on the delivery side. For each pump 1 no. Foot Valve (MOC :DI) flange type ball foot valve of suiable size with relevant IS, with strainer, gun metal working parts inside foot valve, fixing the valve to suction pipe of the pump, including necessary jointing material such as flanges , EPDM/ rubber gasket, adhesive, nut, bolts, washer etc. as per specification and instruction of Engineer In-Charge MS Heavy Duty IS 1239, manifold finished neatly with flanged end on either sides and collar provision for connectivity of above mentioned valves. Providing and fixing of ball valves of brass body nickel plated with stainless steel ball, lever operated and tested to 10 kg / sq.cm.

Dewatering Pumps Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Submersible dewatering Pump Set to give a discharge of 3 m3/hr and total head of 20 mtr & 3 phase, 415 V, AC, 1500 rpm continuous rated squirrel cage induction motor with class-B insulation, with 40 mm dia outlet GM gate valve, GI (Heavy class) delivery pipe or PVC flexible hose pipe of 40 mm dia, with approx. 70 m length and necessary fittings, flanges, valves, jointing, supports & painting etc. complete in all respects and as directed by E-I-C.Cost of all the items, accessories, fittings, tools and tackles, pit for installation of pump into U/G tank, packing etc required to put pump into service shall also be included in rates quoted by bidders

Providing and fixing uPVC pipe inside of Circular manhole chamber of about 4m depth. Sealing the joint between pipe and chamber. Making placing place for portable submersible sewerage pump. Placing the pump and making required arrangements including UPVC pipeline, fittings, all necessary arrangements from this submersible sewarage pump to equalisation tank as per site requirements etc all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (E.I.C.).
M.S. Fabrication Items Fabrication, supply & installation of M.S. boxes of different sizes with for STP necessary cutouts as required, brass earthing stud if required, including painting alongwith suitable fixing hardware / accessories and Fabrication, supply & installation including cutting, welding, fixing with anchor fastners. bolts & nuts or by welding MS angles / channels, MS flats etc. as required, including painting for STP per instructions of E-I-C.
FOUNDATION FOR PUMPS & Equipment Providing & laying Design-Mix rainforcement Cement Concrete Foundation for various pumps, bloers & other mechanical equipment of STP of M-30 by weight batching using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm maximum size including mechanical mixing & vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. as specified and also including dewatering , if any , cost of form work, shuttering & steeel reinforcement, including nozing all around by 50 x 50 x 5 mm angle, all complere as per specification, drawings and as directed by EIC.
SUPPORTS FOR PIPING & HEADER Providing PCC supports for pipe supports/ headers of suitable size with cement morter 1:2:4 at a distance of 2.5 mtrs from centre to centre for 150 mm dia & above, and 2.0 m distance from centre to centre for below 150 mm dia pipes and with curing etc. for pipe line etc, all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by E-I-C. .
ROAD CUTTING & RE-SURFACING Cutting the existing asphalt road and demolishing WBM or BBM including rubble soling if any for providing services and making good the same after the work is satisfactorily completed, including relaying of soling doing water bound macadam, bituminous bound macadam road providing and laying 50 mm thick asphaltic layer etc, complete as directed by E-I-C.
Providing and laying/ fixing in position serrated rubber neoprene pads at all floors and levels ofsize 150 x 150 x 25 mm thick of approved quality and make as vibration absorbers for pump/machine foundation etc.complete including cutting to the required sizes, wastages etc. all completeas per specifications, drawings complete including cuttingto the required sizes, wastages etc. all completeas per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Part-C - Operation, Maintenance & Statutory approval Statutory approval for STP plant Obtaining Statutory approval for following plant from local bodies/ Muncipal corporation, State bodies/ State pollution control board, MOEF and obtaining permissions & clearances etc. complete. as required
Operation & Maintenance of STP plant Operation & Maintenance of following plant for one year on 24 x 7 x 365 days basis in three shift by deploying 1 operator & 1 helper cum safaiwala including reliever during defect liability period from the date of succesful commissioning & handing over the plant to the Department/ User. The scope also includes the follwing Note 1: All chemicals required for period of one year including initial charge of chemicals. Note 2: Cost of all chemicals required for poly dosing system for period of one year including initial charge of chemicals. Note-3: Sodium Hypo Chloirde solution ( 5 to 6 % concentration of chlorine) for dis-infecton of treated sewage outlet from STP plant and Chlorine dosing system for period of one year including initial charge of chemicals. Note-4: Disposal of collected oil, grease, floating materials, grit should be disposed off at suitable location within radius of 3 KM at regular intervals as per instruction of E.I.C./ Department. Contractor has to make necessary arrangement at his own cost for disposal with necessary arrangement for transportation, manpower etc..
Testing Of Samples Testing samples & submiting the testing report to Department of raw sewage at bar screen chamber inlet ( 01 Sample) & treated sewage from STP ( 01 Sample). Sample testing includes the parameters like PH, COD, BOD, TSS, Oil & grease, Dissolved Oxygen (D.O.), residual chlorine, fecal coliform, NH4-N, N-Total, E-coli etc. as mention in Design Basis. Sample should be tested from approved lab like NABET Accredited, MOEF, SPCB or Govt. approved lab as per instruction and as directed by Engineer-In-charge (E.I.C.). Note: One sample for raw sewage & One sample for treated sewage will be count as a one set.
