M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white/lime wash on walls including cornices, pilasters etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No. 1 here in before but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion tera cota on plaster, concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for French polishing on old surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth in one or more coats including preparation of old wooden surfaces including of wood filler on works with complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying a coat of 3.0mm thick wall care putty in wall etc. rubbing with sand paper obtained smooth & plain surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc.including racking out joints,hacking for key scrubing down with water&receive plaster upto double story height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall / celling sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of thickness 2 mm over plastered surfaces and to prepare the surface even and smooth by sanding of the putty surface free from dust by skilled labour, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 Itr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Iitre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 Itr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for item No 55 to 58 of BOQ:- (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.
