Schedule 'A'

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface and applying primer/ chalk whiting and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surface wall for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Deopt Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Rates deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding up to the height of 12 mtr at required places.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coats of cement base paint including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming, down scraping down smoke soot, moulds, masss and efflorscent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & removing of nails mark & applying one coat of white wash on wall on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming, down scraping down smoke soot, moulds, masss and efflorscent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & removing of nails mark & applying one coat of white wash on ceiling on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Mateirial & labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces ,brooming , scraping down. M&L for preparation of old painted surefaces of wood based material exc 10 cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing old wooden surface by cleaning & wiping filling with wooden filler and applying a coat french polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.( Source of sand-Dimapur sand)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surface on ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs,washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement stainless steel plate rack of size 24" x 36" x 10" complete all as specidfied and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,exc 250 & n exc 500 setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs water storage tank ISI marked of capacity 500 ltrs hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves of 20mm dia, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe of brass ferrule and fixed in 20mm bore GI tube etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specidfied and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelled course finish even and fair for tile finishes specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and joint in neat cement slury and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs fancy type Harrison rails, andodised aluminium alloy with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc, of 20mm dia for window and doors with curtain rings and decorative doom holders fixed to wall with screw complete all as specidfied and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring ie. light, fan, socket or power/points complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of ceiling, walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring concealed type with two single core 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 volts grade and unsheathed, multi-stranded, copper conductor single core cable through and including concealed wiring 20 mm pvc rigid conduit with all fixing accessories and suitable including 1.6 mm thick size sunk MS pressed steel modular box including suitable size of white modular frame with cover plate for mounting modular switches,sockets and regulator etc including multi-strand PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm and connecting to light fitting/fans etc complete all as specified and directed for following :- (Colour code to be followed) (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch. Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive mild steel sunken boxes/modular cover plate and cutting chases in brick wall/ pillars etc for concealing the depth and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the portion of point wiring at for covering/ fix sunken boards/ terminals. (ii) Fiitings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fitting etc shall be measured and paid for separately of concern item of Sch 'A'.

Material and labour for point wiring surface type with two single core 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable in and including suitable size PVC casing capping with all fittings and fixing accessories and suitable size modular PVC boxes including modular frame and white cover plate for mounting modular switches,sockets and fan regulator etc including all accessories and using multi-strand PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper cable 1100 volts as earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC and connecting to light fitting/fans etc complete all as specified and directed for following :- (Colour code to be followed) (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch. Note :- (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for fixing the PVC casing capping to surface. Replacement of defective heating element inlet and outlet tubes and refixing the assembly with gasket of good quality and tightening the nuts properly, reassembling geyser with all safety devices as specified in technical instructions and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge complete. Notes:- (i) Spare parts, safety devices with its required accessories shall be measured and paid seperately .

Supply only following spare parts of geysers 50/25 Ltrs capacity ISI marked. (96.01) Heating element 1.5/2 KW suitable for operation on 230V AC 50Hz

(96.02) Thermostat 40 to 90 degree centigrade varying capactiy for 25/50 Ltrs capacity Geyser.

(96.03) Hot/ Cold PVC flexible conneciton pipe with brass check nuts complete as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(96.04) Indicator lamp assembly for geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(96.05) Syphon assembly suitable for 25/50 ltr geyser complete including nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

(96.06) Geyser brass tank for 25/50 ltr geyser complete including nuts, washer, glass wool etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 Amp plug top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with earthing testing point including providing suitable testing points as directed including funnel, watering pipe of 20mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab set in CM (1:4) re-enforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work in hard/dense soil as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earth strip beyond 7.5 m length will be measured & paid separately)
