REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS AND CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS OF ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT ELSEC, CPDC, CHESS, DSC AND RESIDENTIAL AREA UNDER GE I RND RCI HYDERABAD

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation, for laying of pipes/cables/poles etc., and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer as in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading natural river sand of approved quality for cushioning of cable laid in trenches including compacting and leveling complete all as specified and as directed Note: Punned thickness will only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks, old size, laid flat perpendicular to the cable, adjacent to each other for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV Type 1, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat adjacent to each other, perpendicular to cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade, LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed as per IS-7098 (Part-I), 1988 galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/duct/ road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note: Earthwork Excavation, sand cushioning, GI pipe and cable protection will be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 11000 volts grade, Earthed, HT XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi-conducting compound in combination with copper tape cores laid up, PVC inner sheath with fillers, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound and overall PVC sheathed cable as per IS-7098 (Part-2) 1988 with latest amendments, laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note: Earthwork Excavation, sand cushioning, GI pipe and cable protection will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and jointing new straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120sqmm to 185sqmm for 11KV (Earthed) grade including testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but cable of size 3core 95sqmm.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, CPRI approved LT panel board indoor type, weather, dust and vermin proof, free standing floor mounting type mounted on floor, separate cable alley for all the feeders, suitable for 440Volts, 3 Phase 4wire 50Hz AC supply system, conforming to IS, IP-54 class protection and made of 2mm CRCA mild steel sheet & angle iron frame, compartmentalized with rubber gasket hinged doors, front & rear opening and locking arrangement (including provision of 65mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys) with necessary bus bar arrangement with electrolytic grade aluminium bus bar 1200Amps rating for phase and neutral 4 strips with colour coded PVC sleeves, installed on epoxy insulators housed in separate bus chambers covered with heat shrinkable sleeves

with necessary bus bar tapings for ACBs/MCCBs, copper control wiring using suitable size of PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductors with all connected accessories, duly powder coated on the outside and inside including air ventilation for heat dissipation, suitable size knock out holes for cable glands, cable gland and lugs for incoming and outgoing cable etc., independent multilayer chambers to accommodate accessories including dismantling the unserviceable LT panel board from the existing position after disconnection of all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed with and including the following accessories :-

M&L in repairs, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25x4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl Page No. 422 of SSR Part-II.

Note 2: Earthing lead beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.

S&F GI Earth strip 25 x 4mm as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on battens or buried on ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing bituminous/PCC road or flooring/plinth protection/hardstanding, for laying of GI pipe in road intersection for passing of LT XLPE cable including excavation in any type of soil, returning and filling in and making good top 30cm of the trench by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to flush with existing road surface complete all as directed.

S&F, 150mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed to walls/poles or laid in trenches, road crossing etc., for protection of underground cable/earth strip including sealing ends with hessian cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing paint from HT 4 pole structure including all connected mild steel structures and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, marking the pole No in white capital letters including painting the pole with black bituminous paint from ground level to a height of 1.5 metre and marking two No alternative yellow strips of 300mm high on black painted portion of the pole with yellow synthetic enamel paint at a height of 0.3 metre and 0.9 metre from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but for HT 2 pole structure.

Complete removal of existing paint from HT mild steel electric pole 11metre long and connected cross arms, pipe etc., and applying painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking the pole No in white synthetic enamel paint in capital letters and painting the pole with black bituminous paint from ground level to a height of 1.50metre and fixing with two No yellow radium strips of 100mm high at a height of 1.20metre and 1.40metre from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Switch Air Break gang operated, triple pole, rocking type, mechanically operated, mounted on six insulators (2 No insulator in each phase) with aluminium jumpers of suitable size, fuse carriers, fuse elements etc., and mild steel galvanized frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 200Amps, 11000 Volts complete with locking arrangement, mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete including taking down unserviceable switch air break GOD after disconnecting electrical connections all as specified and directed.

The cost of any other spare parts which are not covered in Note No 22.01 above but are required to make the GOD serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Straightening of HT over head line consisting of 3 ACSR conductor of any size by disconnecting and removing from insulators including providing necessary binding wire and jumpering after proper stringing all as directed. Note: Length of each span of line varies between 30 to 45metres

S&F in repairs, lightening arrestor, expulsion type complete with all fittings suitable for 11KV, transmission class with discharging capacity of 65KiloAmps, conforming to IS 3070 including testing on 2pole/4 pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green 'single disc' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut complete all as specified and as directed.
