M&L for Maintenance and servicing of DG set of capacity 140 to 160 KVA draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling drained diesel, drain out engine oil from the oil sump cleaning the sump and refilling the sump with new engine oil of Make K Oil 20W/40, to its maximum level, applying petroleum jelly on the Battery terminals and cleaning the entire DG set, checking and rectification of any defects of output voltage, RPM, exhaust leakages etc. Tightening the foundation & exhaust manifold bolts & nuts and testing as directed by the Engineer in Charge including replacement of following items complete all as directed and specified by Engr -In-Charge. M & L for preparation of old steel surface by cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and applying two coat of synthetic enamel spray painting on old painted steel surface of existing colour including cabin (inside & outside ) of any type of DG set all as directed and specified by Engr -In-charge.

S & F on pole / wall off load change over switch of capacity 100 Amps, 415 volts, side operated complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Engine oil 15W 40 of approved make as approved by EIC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling existing unserviceable radiator and carrying out repair by draining out water/coolant, carrying out pressure test and rectifying leakage by brazing/soldering test and reinstalling including topup/filling fresh coolant as on required basis all as directed and specified for DG set upto 160 KVA capacity etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable self starter 12 volts of DG Set of capacity 160/140/12.5 KVA including replacement of worn out parts like bendex, piston, bush housing etc including refixing and testing etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In-charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable dynamo/alternator of DG Set of capacity 160/140/12.5 KVA including replacement of worn out parts like carbon bushes, solenoid switch bearing, armature etc including refixing and testing etc., complete all as specified and directed. by Engr -In-charge.

S & F in repairs Battery (Maintenance free) 12 volt 180 AH For DG Set with connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only distilled water in sealed bottle of one liter capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing inside roof sheet with insulation of DG set capacity up to 140 KVA To 160KVA including repair of sheet with suitable insulation complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for Earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel strip of size 32X6mm including 40 mm dia light grade protection, pipe 20mm dia watering pipe with funnel, CI hinged cover, PCC chamber and excavation and earth work complete all as described and shown in EP plate No 3 of SSR part I 2009 print and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs battery terminal made out of brass/bronze heavy duty suitable for 92 AH/180 AH 12 Volt Battery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Grease Multipurpose to increase equipment/ bearing life, Excellent resistance to throw off & water wash, Maximum protection offered against rust & corrosion complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Castrol, Servo, Mobil

Comprehensive maintenance and Repair/servicing of APFC Panel of following capacity for maintaining Power factor including by replacing the connected items etc installed for water supply installation complete all as specified and directed. Removing existing GI earth strip of size 32 x 6mm from roof/ vertical surfaces of any place up to 30m height from ground level and refixing the same in its original location with fixing accessories after cleaning and straightening the conductor properly all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC blocks of size 150mm x 150mm x 75mm with 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) including teak wood blocks of size 70 x 70 x 30mm duly embedded in PCC block all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and dismantling existing unserviceable test point and supplying and fixing new test point terminal block made of phosphorus bronze of 75 x 75 x 25mm, drilled and screwed with 3 Nos of nuts & bolts 8mm dia, 25mm long and connection complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Disconnecting and dismantling existing unserviceable Air termination rod and supplying & fixing new single pointed copper rod 12mm dia, 300mm long with all connections with bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs to existing earthing including dismantling the damaged earth chamber complete and provision of new earth chamber including provision of funnel, chamber cover replacement of rusted nut bolts, and GI earth strip from earth electrode to earth test point all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Pollution testing carried out of DG sets capacity 12.5 KVA to 160 KVA from authorised Pollution Control Board agency including providing test certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE :- SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to workout the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance.) [(-) Rs 16040.00 /- ]
