Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections, segregating serviceable pipe for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubes with all fittings and fixed to wall or in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair health faucet (ABS body) with 8mm dia 1 meter long flexible tube and wall hook for fixing in 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Jaquar or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair chromium plated two ways bib cock with wall flange for fixing in 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Jaquar or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair chromium plated shower arm 400x25x25mm square shape for wall mounted shower with flange for fixing in 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Jaquar or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1.00 mm thick sheet for kitchen with plug washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar on dwarf wall or including cast iron cantiliver brackets connecting union overall size 915 X 460 mm with bowl size 405x355x178mm or 410x357x178mm complete all as specified and as directed. (Model No.BSSBSD-52 of Blue Star/SBSD 05 of Joyna/ Equivalent brand of Prayag).

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including 'P'or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china EWC 'P' or 'S' Trap of size 400x365x540mm, white including Plastic water closet seat, white closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device suitable for EWC (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous China wash basin white flat back, size 630 x 400 mm including PTMT waste coupling 32mm dia (min wt 45 gm), 15mm bore PTMT pillar tap,chain and plug and porcelain stopper etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitreous china half stall semi oval type urinal flat back of size 710 x 330 x 450mm white including chromium plated fancy type urinal spreader with grating and union for discharge pipe and complete incl providing plugs, bedding urinals against wall in CM (1:2), securing urinal to plug with and incl 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, grating and union for discharge pipe and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Brass chromium plated Tubular Towel Rail , 20mm dia, D type, 600mm long between flange fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 Ltr Capacity, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including dismantling existing water tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 23 above but 500 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves size 20 mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 100mm cast iron Nahani trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Light shade Vitrified tiles 8 to10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but n.exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles (450X350)X7mm thick in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggragate as in , sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1(:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor, laid in bays, finish the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for (300x300) x25 mm thick PCC designer Pre-polished tiles (Factory make and approved size) as in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar complete all as specified and directed. (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 1.50mm thick wall care putty and appling two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to wall to new plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by vaccume based sanding machine, and applying two coats of Anti Fungal paint white or coloured by Auto Roller over a coat of primer, including necessaryscaffoldings complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instructions.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection , laid in bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board ( fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work size of grid 605mmx605mm for false ceiling including GI hangers 2mm dia GI wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 6mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board of size to suit grid mould (605 x 605mm as specified above) and fix in grid mould with necessary fixing arrangement as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron for mild steel work for any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement / Transluscent ( Corrugated , semicorrugated etc.) sheets as in Roof covering , wall , ridge , hips valleys and flashings etc for the building structures not exceeding 10 m height from the average ground level complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specifiedcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors , staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended works in ground floors beams(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type A1 (1:1.5:3) ( using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type A1 (1:1.5:3) (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in chajja complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of Formwork to soffits of concrete roof slabs and chajjas n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description including any treatment there to and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of old debris/retrieved material to outside the premises or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 50mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in after

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.. (MAKE : Pibial Primer of TEXSA or equivalent product of BITUMAT/ BITUNIL/SIKA) (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced(4 Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified. (Make of APP Membrane: Moply FP 4 Kg mineral of TEXA/WP Shield 103 PM of SIKA or Equivalent material of BITUNIL/BITUMAT/BERGER/ASIAN. (Note :- Cost of cutting groove to parapet wall for inserting APP membrance and filling groove with cement mortar (1:3) is deemed to be included within the quoted rate.)
