Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in any type of soil for laying and taking out of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling hole at a depth up to 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level of suitable size to insert upto 150 mm dia pipe across the road in horizontal position complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting of road depth up to 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level of suitable size to lay pipe upto 150 mm dia pipe across the road in horizontal position( upto 7 Mtr) incl making good all disturbed surfaces of road to match with existing surfaces by premix road material/PCC complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking up or down old/unserviceable/cracked GI tubing with fittings of size 15 mm bore incl cleaning for refixing complete all as spfd and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Re-laying, jointing and testing old but serviceable GI tubing 15mm dia (obtained from srl item No-6) and connection in new or old portion incl new fittings such as bends, elbows, union, tees, reducers etc as required at site laid in trenches or on floor or wall complete and making good all disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor/ road/ path to match with existing specification all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl No 9 above but of size 20mm (obtained from srl item No-7) and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying (in replacement), jointing and leakage testing GI tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches/floor/walls and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface as (PCC work in 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate/ plastering in CM 1:4 and applying finishing coat of existing treatment) complete all as specified and as directed at site. Make: Tata/Jindal/Prakash Surya as approved by GE(I). Notes :(i) The laying and jointing of pipes are required to be carried out in short / long streches catering to specific requirements of a purticular quarter or a group of blocks. (ii) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid seperately.

Repair to GI pipe lines of size 15mm to 25 mm bore dia and repair to leaked joints of pipe line complete including replacement of old GI fitting i.e union,nipple & sockets etc including excvation and taking up & down GI pipe required cutting & threading refixing in position in trenches and making good all disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor/ road/ path to match with existing specification all as specified and as directed.

Repair to GI pipe lines of size 40mm to 80 mm bore bore dia and repair to leaked joints of pipe line complete including replacement of old GI fitting i.e union,nipple & sockets etc including excvation and taking up & down GI pipe required cutting & threading refixing in position in trenches and making good all disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor/ road/ path to match with existing specification all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing CI/DI water main 150mm bore pipe in position for making branch connection and CI/DI pipeline (Insertion of CI/DI tees bends of different size on connection pieces or for insertion of sluice valve) including excavation & earth work. Note : Fittings such as tees, bends, collars & reducers etc incl in this item and only run lead joints, CI/DI fittings & sluice valve shall be measured and paid separately and making good all disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor/ road/ path to match with existing specification all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of valve pit chamber in replacement 600 x 600 x 950 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces incl dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down pipe line including excavation, returning filling and removal of excavated soil near existing pipe line of size 80 to 200 mm bore in break down maint of rising main line/distribution line. Providing any type of special tools & plants such as JCB & material (such as detachable joints/leak repair clamp suitable for CI/DI fittings, coller/short pieces of pipes or any other fittings as required to minimize the breakdown time and rectification of the problem as soon as possible. Rectification work must be start within two hours of intimation to contractor. Any delay in rectification may be penalized as deemed fit. Note: Excavation and earthwork if any shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Repair/maint of LT panel /Starter of any size/type, checking and tightening of all incoming and outgoing connections by replacing alluminium lugs, pieces of burnt wires as required to make the starter /panel functional .
