Material and Labour Glazed ceramic colour tiles on verticle surface of size 300x200x7 mm thick surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and as direccted by Engr-in-Charge.(Make : Kajariya or equivalent)

Cleaning loose concrete if any all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 10mm thick (but not less than 10 mm clear air gap) and cleaning reinforcement of total rust using alkaline rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washed with water and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Length of reinforcement bars cleaned of rust all around shall be measured for payment.) (Note: thickness shall be measured excluding plaster)

Applying two coats of epoxy based passivating, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system (Nitcozinc ® primer of Fosroc and equivalent of SIKA/Dr Fixit Pidilite/ krishna Conchem ) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge for old and new reinforcement any dia complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Epoxy based passivating, protecting & Bonding coat of zinc rich system shall be paid for separately.)

Supply only epoxy based passivating, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system (Nitozinc ® primer of Fosroc and equivalent of SIKA/Dr fixit Pidlite/ Base) as approved by the Engr-in-Charge.(Note:- Payment shall be made for the total weight of resin and hardner in manufacturer specified proportion)

Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortar 25mm thick in cement sand mortor in proportions of 1:3 (1 cement and 3 graded quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as approved, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Acrylic polymer shall be paid for separately)

Supply only approved SBR latex form FOSROC/BASF/DR FIXIT/SIKA for SBR latex modified cement mortor (Note: Rate shall be in terms of solid contents of polymer.

Providing and placing in position micro-concrete, grade-40, which shall be cement based prepacked single complnent, chloride free, non shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion, obtained from Fosroc/SIKA/BASE/Dr Fixit, thickness of section upto 75mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charg. (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactory evaluted by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Material and Labour for crack repairs (crack width not less than 5MM ) in block masonry wall and roofs, etc using injuction grout composed of low viscous epoxy resin and amine hardener or any other solvant as per latest technology Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/STP/Sika or equalient by drilling and inserting injuction nipples/nozzles at interval along the cracks as manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd and directed

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof.

Note: Two single core cables and one run of earth copper conductor/ conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length.
