Hiring services for Cleaning of RCC floor, drain and weighbridge at silo complex: Services for Cleaning of RCC floor, drain and weighbridge at silo complex which will include the following scope of work:- i. Cleaning of RCC floor area including drain out the silt adhered on the surface of RCC floor using hose pipe or any other T&Ps required during the work. ii. Cleaning of 2 no. weighbridges including removing of silt/spilled ash from surface of weighbridge and portion beneath the weighbridge & between the said weighbridges. Note: If required at site, the firm has to arrange additional manpower round the clock for maintaining the site.

Hiring services of electrically operated compressor machine : Services for Hiring of electrically operated compressor machine with operator for transfer of excess / short fly ash from one bulker to another empty bulker (electricity will be provided by HPGCL free of cost). Note:- a) The work shall be carried out as per requirement only. b) If required, the work shall be carried out round the clock and no extra payment shall be made for extra hours in a day

Hiring services of tractor tanker for water sprinkling: Services for Hiring of tractor tanker for water sprinkling with operator / driver & fuel to carry out the following scope of work:- i. The tractor tanker will sprinkle the water on both lanes of Barwala - Agroha road starting from Khedar Bus Stand up to raw water boundary. ii. Minimum of 5 rounds on both lanes of said road will be required to be sprinkled with water and rounds may be increased as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. If required, the tractor tanker may be required for sprinkling inside the silo area or any other areas as per need, if any.

Providing additional Services : i. Daily Cleaning drains/trenches in silo area. ii. Cutting of wild grass/unwanted plants/hedge as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. iii. Maintenance of triangular shaped park in silo area including daily sprinkling of water with PVC Pipe/PVC garden pipe/To operate/shifting of Fog cannon machines (02 nos.) at a particular location in the Silo Area as per requirement. iv. To operate the sprinkling system installed at silo boundary wall and other locations as per requirement. v. Workers are to be deployed at site as per requirement so that work does not suffer. vi. Lifting & shifting of fallen ash at silo area to designated place as per direction of Engineer-in –Charge shall be in the firms scope. vii. Any other works which may be assigned at silo area from time to time by Engineer-in-charge shall be carried out. If required , firm shall deploy additional manpower round the clock for trouble free mtc. and upkeep of silo site.
