Supply of Tool and tackle set for overhauling of breaker

Complete dismantling of all three poles of 145 KV SF6 Circuit Breaker ( ABB make SF-6 Circuit Breaker Type: ELF SF 2-1, make 1995) including dismantling of all three poles, safe lowering, opening of interrupter chambers, replacement of complete gasket/O-ring set, cleaning of flange faces, servicing of operating mechanism, spring charging motor, gearbox, trip & closing coils (220V DC), auxiliary contacts, checking of main contacts wear, lubrication, replacement of worn bushes / bearings if required, proper re-assembly with torque tightening, pole alignment, re-fixing on structure, SF6 gas pressure checking, SF6 gas system including evacuation, moisture removal and topping-up/refilling of SF6 gas as required; checking of density monitor, pressure switches, control wiring and interlocks: adjustment of operating mechanism, replacement of leaking air pressure copper pipes, timing verification, mechanical and electrical operations including O-C-O operation, measurement of contact resistance of all three poles, functional testing, final testing, commissioning and submission of test reports, complete in all respects as per OEM recommendation leakage test, breaker timing test, IR test and making the breaker fully operational in all respects as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Including Supervisory Service Support including Transportation cost, Hotel accomodation, local conyeyance including all miscellaneous expenditure required to complete the job in all respect. (Approx. 5 mandays with Rs. 60,000/- per day expense)
