M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 to 1.5mm thick wall care putty and including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) internal plaster on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation on new plastered surface of wall, chajja, parapet etc and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer etc over and including rendering in CM (1:4) 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat + 5mm finishing coat) on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement in finishing coat and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash including rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3), finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas,parapets etc and applying one coat of acrylic exterior paint over a coat of exterior grade primer as per the manufactures instructions and as directed, removing the loose materials and filled with crack sealing compound of approved make if necessary etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces including filling of the holes/cracks on walls with plaster putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 to 1.5mm thick wall care putty etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered ceiling surfaces including plasters & cornices etc brooming down by using steel wire brushes scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 2nd class hard wood (SAL) plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought framed, rebated on the solid,single or double rebate rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel of gde Fe 410-0 as in hold fast fixed to steel door /wood door/window frames including tarring and sanding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening complete all as specified and as directed.
