Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness etc in roof coverings/cladding/eave etc complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade-O quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinc coating and grade 'B' Class 8 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thickness fixed with 'L' type or 'J' or cranked hook boltes with washers, in roofs as in ridge etc all as specified and directed.

Refixing Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings with two corrugation side lap fixed with L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts and dome type bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-serviceable sheets obtained under item No 01 above shall be re-used.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing the rubbish of the premises complete.

M&L coloured/printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-ditto- but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 9 to10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 450x300x7mm / 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortars in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite stone (slab) of any colour/type, (table rubbed and polished) work as in floors/ vertical surfaces, cooking platforms and like, set in neat cement including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment, , complete all specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment, complete

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and including screed bed of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) etc.complete all as specified

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube supply and fixing as specification and drawing.

S&F of factory Made Solid panel PVC door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (styles) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded and wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading plain colour PVC sheets for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F of 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick, plain framed, panelled door shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats all as specified & directed.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 1.10kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 grade, all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S&F PVC Sheet Wall Panelling of thickness 5mm consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic look. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally an U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement Including all necessary fittings and scaffolding for any ht site complete all as specified and directed. ( Note-Colour shall be decided by Engr-in-charge)

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick interior surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on wall surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra Cement complete all as specified. Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats Acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern (Green, Grey & Brown colour) over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/ PGI sheeting in walls or roofing, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown) over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac/ ICI/ Shalimar/ Johnson

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/ PGI sheeting in walls or roofing, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown), complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac/ ICI/ Shalimar/ Johnson.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes and treating with two coats of applying of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima or equivalent) with approved colour and pattern over a coat of primer over 3mm wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms)

Note :- An amount of Rs.30,489.00 on account of credit schedule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
