S & F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with and including 20mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including dismantling of old tank of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with and including 20mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including dismantling of old tank of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 20mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 15mm dia stop valves, cast copper alloy screwed pressure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directe.

S & F GI tubing 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking out old tube of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubing 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking out old tube of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, vitreous china wash hand basin, white flat back size 550 mm x 400 mm including brackets including pillar tap, 15 mm bore chromium plated, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, 32 mm waste coupling brass chromium plated suitable for wash hand basins, with long screwed shanks and fly nuts and PVC waste pipe,15mm dia 900mm long PVC connection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, Vitreous China Squatting Pan"Orissa pattern" size 580 mmx440 mm white with integral foot rest etc. ( excluding cistern and flush pipe) including S or P Trap and provision of concrete bedding and making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe, trap set and including white or black seat cover for pedestal pan with mild steel chromium plated aluminium hinging device, fixed to pan with suitable screws etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair Vitreous china urinal, half stall white (excluding flushing cistern) including urinal spreader, 15mm dia PVC connection pipe, 40mm PVC waste pipe & waste coupling providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plug, with and including 60mm long screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, fixing flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
