Complete overhauling/reconditioning of hot water boiler with HCL acid, sand paper including providing steam proof gasket teflon tape, PVC tape and other petty items required for cleaning of boiler including opening,refixing, testing and commissioning as required with satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Complete overhaulling/reconditioning of pump including opening, refixing, greasing of the pump, replacement of gland dori & other petty items required to put the pump in working order, complete in all aspects as required with best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
Supplying and fixing fan coil unit (FCU) valves/gate valves (Set of 2 ) for inlet and outlet from convector/FCU unit of central heating plant making necessary arrangements for connection of valves with FCU, complete in all respects as required with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Replacement of old Fan coil/convector unit with new one including removing the old unit and fixing the new one on site complete in all respects with welding of unit with the pipes as required with petty material like pipe,gland dori etc with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 25KW boiler element for 250KW hot water boiler complete with all necessary connections as required with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Suuply,installation,testing and commissioning of single phase induction motor of capacity 63W for fan coil unit mounted on wall/surface complete in all respects with necessary connections as required with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing following rating, followings poles 10ka 240/415v 'C' curves miniature circuit braker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the exsisting MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
