Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for applying two coats of weather coat seal coat with primer over the out side and inside wall with well, watering and curing etc. complete.

Painting two coats with any approved paint including the cost of enamel paint for wood work & Iron work

Fixing Vertified tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing over 25mm bed of C:M (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete

Providing fitting and fixing of false celling with Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section N0.1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixied by means of steel screw & P.V.C plug & the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" with prelaminated board. Date for 14'-6" x 14'-6" = 210.25 Sft or 19.53 Sqm

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and cutting grooves in pucca floor or Brick wall and mending good the damages for taking G.I. pipes complete as per P.H. specification.
