SH-I: AHU RELATED WORKS:

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of factory built floor mounted chilled water double skin type Air Handling Units (AHUs) made out of 25mm thick panels consisting pre coated G.I casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8mm inside layer with polyurethene foam (PUF) insulation having 38 kg/cu.M density, factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with blower section with Backward curve blower, blower suitable for static pressure as detailed below, UVGI lamps between cooling coil and drift eliminators with necessary door limit switch ON/OFF control, PVC drift eliminators, Four row deep cooling coil with 0.15mm thick hydrophilic coated aluminium fins, copper tubes having min 0.5mm wall thickness & 12.5mm dia, filter sections with 50mm thick metal viscous /washable synthetic type MERV8 air pre-filters having 90% efficiency down to 10 Microns, drain connections, 18G thick stainless steel 304 grade drain pan with PUF / Nitrile rubber insulation, LED lights in each section of AHU with door switch control, belt drive package with TEFC drive motor of efficiency class IE4 suitable for 3 phase, 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, AC Supply, suitably designed for variable frequency drive applications, PCC cubicals to position the base frame of AHUs, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc., including Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AHUs as detailed below: a) Necessary modification in the existing GI ducting to made suit the mouth connection with the new AHU including supply & fixing of necessary thermal & acoustic insulation as required. b) Necessary modification in the existing MS Chilled water pipeline including supply, fabrication of NEW MS 'C' class pipes of required size and length between cooling coil of AHU Inlet / AHU Outlet and butterfly valves of the AHU, supply & fixing of 2 Nos. drain valves (25mm ball valve) in chilled water pipes, supports, insulation with PUF sections, vapour barrier, GI wire mesh, sand cement plastering, approved coloring, etc as required. c) Necessary modification in the existing drain water piping for trouble free draining of condensate water including fabricating, supplying, fixing a removable 'U' trap having both side flanges with bolt nut arrangement (easy removal for cleaning), thermal insulation, sand cement plastering, coloring at the drain outlet of AHU. d) Termination of existing power cable, earth wires, control cables, Fire panel cable, Remote control cables for remote ON & OFF of AHU from remote location, etc. (with new starter panel) complete as per specifications and of following capacities:

Supply and Fixing of following size butterfly valves wafer type with matching flanges, bolt, nuts, insulation, etc after cutting in the existing chilled water header pipes of AHU rooms including removal of existing insulation, providing one set of individual Tools, Men & Matrials for every two numbers butterfly valves at a time (i.e Five set of tools, men & materials for Ten butterfly valves at a time to minimise the down time of Air conditioning), etc complete as required.

Dismantling the existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) of following capacity from different floors of Air Traffic Service (ATS) Complex i/c motor, blower, cooling coil, electrical panel, complete UVGI system, Chilled water pipelines at Inlet & Outlet of AHUs upto 3-way mixing valve, etc with all associated accessories and handing over of all dismantled items to AAI stores, including transportation, loading & unloading etc. complete as required.

SH:II FRESH AIR VENTILATION SYSTEM
