Eligibility Criteria

The tenderer should scan and upload the valid original Registration certificate obtained from KPWD/CPWD.

Annual turnover certificate: The tenderer should scan and upload the original Annual turnover certificate in all classes of civil engineering works only for last five preceding financial years i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24 obtained from the Chartered Accountant. Out of which one Eligible Financial year turn over will be consider for Accessing bid capacity.

Audited Balance sheets/ Profit and loss sheet/ Income Tax return certificate for the last five preceding financial years (i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24, Assessment year 2020-21 to 2024-25) and (Form 26 AS) for the respective years shall be uploaded

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per government circular No:FD263/expenditure-12/2022 Dt:11.05.2022 The lowest rate quoted by tenderer who has not uploaded the required documents and not satisfied the technical qualification criteria as per tender notification, such tender will be rejected and EMD of the tenderer will be forfeited.

Tenders from Joint ventures will not be acceptable

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory

It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments will not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.Banker Details

The successful Tenderer should deliver to the employer a Security Deposit in the form of FDR/e-Bank guarantee (Any Nationalised bank) as per government circular No:FD5/expenditure-12/2023 Dt:15.05.2023 in favour of the Administrator, CADA, CBP, Mysore for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price and plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in the form of DD/FDR in favour of the Administrator, CADA, CBP, Mysore within 20 days in receipt of Letter of Acceptance in accordance with the conditions of contract at the time of agreement

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as per formula indicated in section 2, Instructions to tenderers - 3 of K/W-1 and Govenment order No FD 876 EXP-12/2017 , Bangalore Dated 10/10/2017. Note: For assessing bid capacity the tenderer should submit all qualification information in prescribed format. Section 3 of K/W-1 with due certificate from the bidder as well as competent authority.

Rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST, GST as applicable will be paid separately at prevailing rates during admission of the bill. The provision of present rate of GST (i.e. 18 percent) is made in e-portal towards GST as overhead charges

Regarding royalty charges the tenderers should abide by the Circular of Director, Mines and Geology Department, Bangalore. Circular No.gabhuei/dcb/23-24, Dated:14.02.2024. If the tenderer fails to submit the MDP (Mineral Dispatch Permit) the action will be taken as per the Circular

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender. The employer will not be responsible and liable for those costs

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes are as per prevailing Government Orders

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund. The tenderer shall abide by the directions of Government towards recovery as modified by the Government from time to time

All original documents should be scanned and uploaded

The tenderers are requested to abide by the instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Tender Documents KW-1and further orders thereon

In the case of death of the contractor after executing the agreement/commencement of the work, his legal heir, if he/she is an eligible qualified registered contractor and is willing to execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

All safety precautions, warnings, signs, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity

All materials required for the work, shall be procured by the tenderer himself and should be got tested by the quality control authorities at his own cost before use on work. If employer wishes to engage third party inspecting agency for the said work, apart from the quality control authorities, then the contractor should cooperate with the third party test

All items in the tender include all lead and lifts, loading & unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machineries, curing for concrete works, cost of conveyance of all materials and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge of the work

The tenderer should execute the work as per site condition & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work if any changes needed & The tenderer should submit quality control reports and photos in 3 stages (before, during the execution and after completion) along with the bill otherwise bill will not be accepted

Tenderer should take all precautions to ensure that no damage is caused to the existing structures which have been constructed by other agencies during project execution. If any damages is caused it has to be rectified at his own risk and cost

The tenderer should maintain the work during the defect liability period. Defect liability period is One Year from the date of completion of the work

Before tendering for the works the tenderer shall inspect the work site personally

Corrigendum will be published in the e-proc website only for any modifications and corrections
