Railway reserves the right to procure the material only from OEM or their authorized dealers, who must have manufactured & supplied at least 01 no. of same/similar machines in last 03 completed financial years and in current financial year up to the date of tender opening in any of zonal Railways/PU/CORE. Copy of such purchase order(s) with their inspection certificate/Receipt- Note/installation and commissioning certificate etc for establishing the credential must be attached by firm with its offer. Onus of attaching these vital documents lies with the tenderer.

If the tenderer himself is not the manufacturer of the item offered by him,he/she must be duly authorized by the manufacturer of such item. Such tenderers must enclose with their offer a certificate of Tender Specific authorization from the manufacturer otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

Following items will be considered similar to tendered item:- 1.High frequency mobile digital radiography systems. 2.Fixed Digital radiography x ray systems (single or Dual detector)

Before submission of bid, the bidder should study all the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document alongwith the files attached with the tender.

Please submit the details of your bank account for electronic payment [NEFT/RTGS] as per clause of IBD : Integrated Bid Document : of ECR and the mandate form given therein.

The bidders are required to submit the information in their bid about their sister- concerns as per clause of IBD : Integrated Bid Document : of ECR.

Please mention HSN code of your quoted product and applicable rate of GST . Also attach your registration certificate of GSTIN and read the special conditions on GST mentioned in the clause of IBD : Integrated Bid Document : of ECR.

Bidders are required to confirm the compliance along with bid for compliance of OM of MoE dated 23.07.2020 as per para 9.5.3 of IBD. If such certificate given by a bidder whose bid is accepted is found to be false, this would be a ground for immediate termination and further legal action in accordance with law. Non- confirmation of the same may lead to summarily rejection of offer.

In case of procurement for a value in excess of Rs. 10 crore, the local supplier shall be required to provide a certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (in the case of companies) or from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered account (in respect of suppliers other than companies) giving the percentage of local content. (Refer para 29.2 (b) of IBD (V- 3.0) of ECR for more details).
