VENUE INFRASTRUCTURE: INSTALLATION OF STALLS, FABRICATION ETC. Providing, erecting, maintaining and dismantling modular Indoor Octonorm Exhibition Stalls of size 3.0 m × 3.0 m, constructed with standard aluminum octonorm system and laminated infill panels, Facia (Vinyl and Multicolour with Lamination) complete with one wooden table (5' × 2.5') two visitor chairs, racks, two LED spotlight fittings, one waste bin, one 5A power socket, internal electrical wiring and carpet flooring, complete in all respects for the duration of the event.

Providing, erecting, maintaining and dismantling modular outdoor water proof Octonorm Exhibition Stalls of size 3.0 m × 3.0 m, constructed with standard aluminum octonorm system and laminated infill panels, Facia (Vinyl and Multicolour with Lamination) complete with one wooden table (5' × 2.5') two visitor chairs, racks, two LED spotlight fittings, one waste bin, one 5A power socket, internal electrical wiring and carpet flooring, complete in all respects for the duration of the event.

Providing, installation, operation, maintenance and dismantling of LED Flood Lights for illumination of individual exhibition stalls, including mounting arrangements, cabling, connectors, power distribution, switching devices and all associated accessories to ensure adequate lighting throughout the event period, complete in all respects as directed by the Event Authority.

Providing on hire basis, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance and dismantling of 3 TR (Three Ton) Tower Air Conditioners complete with stabilizers, power cabling, drainage arrangements and all associated accessories to maintain comfortable ambient conditions within designated areas throughout the event period, complete in all respects as directed by the Event Authority.

Providing, deploying, supervising and managing trained Security Personnel (male & female) for access control, crowd management, asset protection and overall venue security during the event period, including all statutory compliances, uniforms, communication equipment and supervision.

Providing, deploying and managing Housekeeping & Sanitation Personnel for maintaining cleanliness, waste collection, disposal, upkeep of public areas, stalls, toilets and common facilities throughout the event period, including all tools, cleaning materials, consumables, uniforms and supervisory support.

Deployment of Licensed Electrician with tools and equipment for manage and look after all electric point during event (8-hour duty).

Providing and deploying a qualified Event Management Supervisor/Coordinator responsible for overall event coordination, supervision of day-to-day operations, liaison with organizers, monitoring of vendor performance, workforce management, logistical coordination, issue resolution and ensuring smooth execution of all event-related activities throughout the event period, complete in all respects.

Providing, installing, commissioning, operating and maintaining a comprehensive CCTV Surveillance System comprising a minimum of 20 High-Definition (HD) cameras with Network Video Recorder (NVR), storage devices, display monitors, power supply units, cabling and all associated accessories. The system shall provide continuous monitoring and recording of all critical areas of the venue throughout the event period, including deployment of trained operators for surveillance and incident reporting, complete in all respects.

Providing, installation, operation and maintenance of a fully functional Site Office/Control Room for event management purposes, complete with office furniture, computers/laptops, printer-scanner-copier, internet connectivity, electrical fittings, power backup, stationery and all necessary office accessories required for effective coordination, communication, monitoring and administration during the event period, including installation and dismantling after completion of the event.
