REPAIR/MAINT OF SWIMMING POOL AND W/S PIPELINE/INSTALLATION AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN VSB AT VAYUSENABAD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

S&F of centrifugal Monoblock pump set with motor, three Phase, 230V, 5.3-2.25 LPS at 8-26 Mtr head system having capacity 5 HP, suction/delivery size 50x 40mm dia with all connected accessories all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton/ Kirloskar/ KSB/ Jyoti Note: 1) Contractor has to deposit old pump set to MES store in custody of concerned JE. 2) Necessary fittings required for connection/header, foundation & shed for pumps is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for three coat of white wash on the walls , pillars, cornicess of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of factory made precast RCC covers with frame (type A-1, 1:1½:3, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates), of size 800mm x 300mm x 70mm with plain faces, including 50x3mm MS flat all around and incl reinforcement, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of dressing of ground by cutting / removing vegetation, scrapping, clearing of all grass, shrubs, bushes, weeds, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth (measured at a height of 1m above the ground level) on either side of runway, taxi track, aprons and other places in technical area by deploying jungle jims (06 feet) with tractors, operators including fuel, lubricant, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) 01No. jungle Jim, 01No. tractor, with operators shall be measured as one unit (ii) Cut grass/bushes/vegetation, etc. shall be removed outside premises area and or as directed, cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid to Contractor on any account. (iii)The requirement may vary as per quantum of work required

Cleaning removing all scale and dirt, boulders, grass, vegetation of any size etc, from drain and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc incl removing of the same upto 50m and spreading or level with the existing ground complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

M&L for removing existing 60/80 mm thick coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape including demolition of PCC and relaying of the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick and rubber moulded M-35 grade paver block retrieved from dismantling with grey cement and pigment to match, over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of heavy duty tiles non-skid (coloured) good grip series of size 300x300x10 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20 mm thick average thickness cement mortar 1:4 bed, including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of rubber gasket joint/ tyton joint for CI/DI pipe of size100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of rubber gasket joint/ tyton joint for CI/DI pipe upto size 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.
