Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs, fioors(other than ground floors) beams,staircases,landing,chajjas and similar suspended works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of any type of roof treatment incl roof tiles of any description and cement mortar over roof slab up to G+2 storey building and cleaning of surface with wire brushes removing of unsolvent materials, any cementious residue and depositing of the same as directed at a distance n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on top of roof concrete surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with WPC liquid of make Dr. Fixit or STP as per manufacturer instruction @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note;- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Cleaning the surface and removing the dust particles by using mechanical or manual tools and attending the cracks , holes like as weak points by using manufactures instruction .Providing and Laying polymer concrete by adding crystalline internal membrane admixtures by the ratio of (1 bag cement = 500gms crystalline admixtures ) making hunch surface 100mm x 100mm of floor & wall joint area. The surface to be cleaned free from oil grease,wax,dust and other barrier materials.The entire area applied primer as a base layer and over the top placing Fiber mesh & applied entire floor & around wall 1 ft area two coats of water based, UV resistant Elastomeric PU liquid membrane waterproofing coating with required time intervals by using brand ShaliUrethane-BTD.Dilute ShaliUrethane® BTD with water @ 1:1 ratio and use as primer @ 400 gm / m².Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD @ 1 kg (or 0.8 kg) / m² by brush / roller / airless spray while the primed surface is tacky. For faster and smoother application , apply with airless gun. Spread Non-woven Geo-textile fabric or Fiber Glass Tissue / scrimp of 45 GSM with SBR bonding applicationwith overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky; this is optional, to be assessed as per site requirements to achieve higher mechanical properties. Apply 2nd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD @ 1 kg (or 0.8 kg) / m² by brush / roller / airless spray for final DFT of 1200 micron in two coats (for 1000 microns DFT apply 0.825 kg / m² / coat) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting of existing PVC tanks for repairs to roof and reconnect, refixing in position for 500/1000 ltrs capacity tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster, up to height of Bldg G+2 Level, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Rates for scafolding are included in the item.

M&L for rendering up to height of Bldg G+2 level on fair faces on wall surfaces 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 200 ML per bag of cement, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Rates for scafolding are included in the item. Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : DrFixit/SIKA/Forsoc

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Asian/Berger/Narolac

S & F PVC (SWR) Soil, Waste and Vent Pipe 75mm bore (dia), Single Socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joint fixed to Wall or Laid in Trenches etc., including Taking down/up unserviceable Pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
