Finisging the roof with best 20 X 20 X 2 cm hydrulic pressed tiles with 1.:3 cm pointing with the same mortar including all cost.etc.., complete

Plastering with cement morar 1:3 mix, using 10mm thick with all cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc., complete asper standard Specification

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 mix. using 12mm thick with all cost and convleyance of materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing the door window,ventilator all cost and labour etc.,, complete

Painting two coats with approved Interior and exterior emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surfaces, ceiling and other new surfaces including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification
