A. PRICE SCHEDULE FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS AS PER SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENT

Air Temperature & Relative Humidity sensor, cable with Radiation shield, Equipment set necessary hardware as per technical specifications
Wind speed & wind direction sensor and cable set necessary hardware as per technical specifications
Atmospheric Pressure sensor and cable set necessary hardware as per technical specifications
Solar Radiation sensor and cable set necessary hardware as per technical specifications
Automated Rainfall Sensor (ARS) Equipment set necessary hardware as per technical specifications
Automated River Water Level (stage) and River Discharge Stations(GD)
Water Level Sensor : Radar Sensor (0-30m)- Automated Water Level Recorder (non-contact-RADAR) for River/ Canals/ Reservoirs having 0-30 m range with all necessary hardware and software as per technical specifications
Automated Reservoir Water Level and Outflow Discharge Stations on Radar type water Level

Data Logger with 8AI sensor input type, with INSAT, GSM & GPRS based telemetry, Antenna including all necessary equipment for data as per technical specifications.

Set of Data Center Equipment including design, manufacture, testing, delivery at State Data Center (SDC), Nashik and complete with associated interface wiring, termination, commissioning, site acceptance testing, etc. as per technical specifications to collect, and store the data received from proposed RTDAS including data receiving Hardware as per specifications
Server for data reception and storage along with server rack, Monitor and 3 KVA online UPS as per technical specifications
Computer Node (Workstation) along with Monitor and necessary accessories as per technical specifications
IT Hardware which includes required Static IP, Router, Switches, firewall system and A3 Size color printer as per technical specifications
42” LED Display System as per technical specifications
High speed synchronous internet connection (min. 8 mbps upload and 8 mbps download) for five years.
VSAT facility at data center and GSM & GPRS data receiving system with all ancillary equipment.as per technical specifications.

Operation & Maintenance during Five Years Comprehensive Warranty period, for entire RTDAS with Telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locations and Data Center equipmentsafter final acceptance of RTDAS systems. This includes replacement of material/ goods &consumables as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for VSAT, GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. The license fee as applicable for DOT for INSAT transmission shall be borne by purchaser. This also includes availability of minimum One Service Engineers at State Data Center, Nashik and one service engineer at work station at Aurangabad for O&M of RTDAS system with Telemetry for entire warranty period of 5 years.
Operation & maintenance during Comprehensive AMC period after completion of Warranty period of Five (5) years for entire RTDAS system with Telemetry as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locations and Data Center equipmentafter final acceptance of RTDAS systems. This includes replacement of material/ goods & consumables as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for VSAT, GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. The license fee as applicable for DOT for INSAT transmission shall be borne by purchaser.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification.
