| 1 | Scaffolding Works
Supplying and erecting Safety Scaffolding arrangement using Cup-lock system, having a standard width of 1.20m, provided for working platform in the peripheral area of the high rise building. The Safety Scaffolding arrangement shall be formed by using vertical hot rolled steel pipe of 40mm diameter with a thickness of 2.90mm. The vertical pipe shall have a steel cup arrangement of 80mm diameter to hold the horizontal ledger pipe with top movable lock arrangement made up of Cast Iron. The above cup arrangement to hold the ledger pipe shall be welded to the vertical pipe at a distance of every 0.50m c/c. The horizontal ledger pipe with various lengths ranging from 0.90m to 2.0m may be used with a diameter of 40mm and with a thickness of 2.90mm made up of Hot rolled steel. The horizontal ledger pipe shall be provided at a vertical height of every 1m. Both the ends of the horizontal ledger pipe shall be welded with a steel plate of 100mm length and a width of 60mm at the center and 35mm at both the ends. Suitable double nylon safety net of approximately 25 mm mesh size shall be provided at about 4.0 m height from ground level around the building, extending at least 3.0 m from the building edge, wherever required, to protect persons, vehicles and property from falling materials. | 7 | Rebar Treatment & Bonding
Carefully remove damaged plaster and loose concrete from the affected areas, clean the exposed reinforcement thoroughly by removing dirt, rust, scales, and other corrosion products using approved rust remover and mechanical cleaning methods. Apply epoxy zinc-rich primer to the cleaned reinforcement for corrosion protection. | 10 | RCC / Micro-Concrete Jacketing
Provide RCC jacketing to the existing fin walls as detailed in the approved structural drawings, including surface preparation, drilling and fixing dowel bars/anchors with chemical adhesive, placing reinforcement, shuttering, and casting with free-flow, non-shrink, high-strength cementitious micro-concrete (minimum compressive strength 45 MPa at 28 days), such as MasterEmaco S 488, Fosroc Renderoc RG, Dr. Fixit Micro Concrete, or approved equivalent, to restore the structural strength, stability, and durability of the fin walls. The work shall include curing, finishing, and all necessary materials, labour, tools, and equipment complete.
