Amount

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 m depth for foundation of poles and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 05 above, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 80 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

All as per srl item no 09 here-in-before but for galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using crushed stone aggregate 40mm graded, with and incl necessary form work where required, fair finish to the exposed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using crushed stone aggregate 20mm graded, with and incl necessary form work where required for pole foundation and fair finish to the exposed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-1, using crushed stone aggregate 20mm graded, with and incl necessary form work where required for pole coping and fair finish to the exposed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old LT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 95 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Note : The 3% for sag, joints & jumpers shall be added in measurements.

Labour only for taking down of old rusted GI wire of any description / size from LT / HT Poles of any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of contineous GI earth wire/gaurd/cradles of 4mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63 mm and GI holding hook on LT / HT poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Unbinding from insulators and restretching ACSR conductor of any size on LT / HT poles with and including binding with 2mm dia aluminium binding wire to insullators, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The distance between two poles for one single LT / HT conductor will be consider as one span.

Labour only for taking down / dismantling of old unserviceable insulators any type and any make from cross arms / pole of any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in replacement, pin type insulators, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green of 100 mm height and 65 mm dia, with and incl one galvanised MS spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in replacement, shackle type insulators, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia, with and incl GI strip, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron, flats and back plates febricated from MS structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L stay assembly complete using stay rod of 16 mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No. 1 of SSR – 2009 Part –I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of UNSV Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the Aluminium earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to Transformer / Voltage Stabilizer/ Building all as specified or indicated including testing on complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erection in vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP- 31 (09 mtr long ) with Mild Steel base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6 mm thick continuously welded to pole , final taper plug ,bolts ,nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminious paint internally throughout and externally for embedded position and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer over the ground and making 30cm wide strip (total 5 Nos ) with black and yellow paint including numbering, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, in replacement, Junction box , cubical type, factory made, outdoor type of Size 45cm(l)x30cm(w)x60cm(h) , dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick, complete with openable shutters in front and rear having proper locking arrangement including including 04 Nos legs made out of angle iron of suitable size and height of each leg shall be grouted in PCC and aluminium bus bar of size 400 Amps capacity , Three phase and neutral bus bar , making hot and cold drilling holes to aluminium bus bar . Junction box shall be epoxy powder coated and connecting all incomming and outgoing cables with suitable size of Aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of following accessories/fittings :- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 160 Amps,240/415 Volt, 50Hz, 10 KA= 01 Nos (I/C) (b) MCB SPN 63 Amps, 240 Volts - 04 Nos (O/G) Note : Unit rate quoted by the contractor also includes for fixing and connecting of MCBs and installation of panel on suitable PCC foundation and PCC plat form incl necessary earth and PCC work all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Lifting and lowering of defective submersible pump set including motor with suitable T&P and safety precautions of any type and size from the bore well along with column pipe including disconnection electric and water supply connection as required and aside for re-use after repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for transportation of submersible pump motor set of any capacity and type from the site to nearest civil work shop for for necessary repair work and bring back to the same location after carryout the repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
