Removing of existing 5 HP submersible pump set from the borewell along with all accessories like GI Pipe lines, power cable with the help of heavy duty chain pully and tripod/ Man power/ machine etc., as reqd.

Repairing of 5 HP submersible pump set by replacing of the following spares testing etc,. As reqd. (a) Impellers

(b) Bearing bushes

(c) Coupling sleve

Repairing of Electric barrel pump by repalcing minor spares viz., impellers, bearings etc., including transportation from SDC to workshop and back to SDC etc., as required

Replacing damaged 40mm dia GI pipe by providing and Laying of 40mm dia, HDPE pipe to withstand 16 kg/sqcm pressure class (PE-100 grade, PN 12.5 Class) in the existing bore well, to lift the water from bore well etc., as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of following plumbing accessories inluding providing teflon tape/cotton thread lead or sealing pase, removing the old fitting/accessories, fixing the new accessories etc., as reqd. (a) 65mm CPVC MABT brass foot valve

Providing repairs to compound lights by replacing following accessories i/c removing of faulty i/c interconnections etc.,as required. (a) 30W LED street light fitting (Crompton Astra Neo LSTS-30-CDL-M or SS Make)

Supplying and fixing of following Electrical accessories in the existing Electrical lighting / compound lighting / DB / LT Panels / Meter box's suitable for 230 V,50 HZ AC supply I/c removing of faulty/burnt spares and making for new spares interconnections etc., complete as required. (a) 6 to 32 Amps SP MCBs C-curve M/s Std or SS make

(b) 63 Amps Four pole Isolator M/s Std or SS make

(c) PIN/SCREW type Lamp holder

(d) 2 x 6 sqmm WPT Al wire

(e) 14 SWG GI wire

(f) 1x18/20W 4' LED Fitting with LED tube M/s Crompton or SS make

(g) 16" light duty Wall Mounting Fan M/s Havells or ss make

(h) 16" light duty pedestal Fan with oscillation M/s Havells or ss make

Providing 24 hours round-the-clock operation for the following Non-precision AC Plants at CDR,OU and monitoring of Precision AC plants as per the guidelines etc., as required. (1) Non-precision package AC plants: CDR UPS Room (G.Floor), 5Nos x 7 TR = 35TR, (2) ERP UPS (G.Floor), 4Nos x 7 TR = 28TR, (3) Network Room (2nd floor), 9Nos x 7 TR = 63TR (4) Precision package AC plants (Monitoring): 12Nos of precision AC units in CDR at 2nd floor [(10+2) x17TR], (5) 4Nos precision AC units in ERP at 2nd floor. [(2+2) x 17 TR] (6) 7Nos precision AC units in CDR III at 1st floor. [(5+2) x 17 TR]
