Water Bound Macadam (22.40-53) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared subbase with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M-30(grade) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrte mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design ,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing ),spreading the concrete with shovels rakes ,compacted using needle ,screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of consraction, expnsion, construction and construtional joints , applying debondig strips ,primer ,sealant ,near approches to bridge/culvet and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for 14 days , curing compound ( where specified) and water finshing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause1501. mORD-6.4(1500)

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarifed material within all lift and leads upto 1000m as per Technical Specfication Clause (Chapter_20_item_24)

Supply & Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 60 to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. 80 mm (Rubber molded) (Chapter 20 Item 16F)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work and curing complete, including cost of form work. 12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. (Chapter_13_Item_1)
