| 1 | Fan Filter unit (FFU) -1 (20000 CFM capacity):Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of double skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) type Fan Filter Unit (FFU) constructed from outer skin with 1mm thick precoated G.I. sheet (of minimum 120 GSM) and 1mm thick inner G.I. sheet (of minimum 120 GSM) with 50 mm thick injected PUF insulation of 40 kg/m cub. approx (with ±2kg tol.), thermal break profile complete with aluminium extruded framework, structural sections including power & control cabling as per tender technical specification. The unit shall shall comprising of following sections:
a. Mixing chamber for fresh air & return air with volume control dampers.
b. Pre filter section with G4 filter as per EN779 & visible glass.
c. UV lamps section with UV lamps as per ISHARE/ASHARE.
d. Blower section with statically and dynamically balanced direct driven, plug fan and squirrel cage induction motor Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled (TEFC) type, suitable for 3-phase, 400V, 50Hz and having efficiency class IE3. The winding of motor shall be class 'F' insulated and fully tropicalised. The motor shall be rated for continuous duty as defined in IS: 325 for blower with adjustable base frame, fitted on a common extruded aluminium channel using anti vibration mountings for silent and vibration free operation. The motor shall be suitable for VFD operation. Necessary power & control cable as per OEM shall be supplied with the blower and installed satisfactorily.
e. Fine filter section with F9 filter as per EN779 & visible glass.
f. differential pressure switches across fine and pre-filter for monitoring the condition of the respective filter
g. Flanged connection at the inlet & outlet of FFU with volume control damper for integrating to the main duct lines.
h. Suitable inspection doors for filter & blower sections.
i. Suitably rated antivibration (Cushyfoot) mountings for FFU installation.
Including all other components and accessories required for proper operation of fan filtering unit (FFU) in following capacity: FFU/20000 CFM /80 mm WC. S.P. | 2 | Fan Filter Unit (FFU) - 2 (4800 CFM):Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of make-up Air Handling Unit (AHU) type Fan Filter Unit b(FFU) in modular construction having thermal break profile with direct driven fan, electric motor, filters (pre & fine), mixing chamber and other associated accessories of 4800 CFM air flow at 80 mm of WC st. pressure with suitably rated antivibration (Cushyfoot) mountings for installation as per tender technical specifications. The casing shall be of sectionalized construction consisting of fan-motor section, coil & eliminator section, 3-stage filter section, sandwich type drain pan. The unit shall be complete with power & control cable, direct driven fan with electric motor (suitable for VFD operation), pre & fine filters, air tight access door, aluminium dampers, flexible connection between unit & duct, weather proof light, air vent connections & valve, supports and other accessories etc. Pre Filter-1 flanged type, G4 class as per EN-779. Pre Filter-2 Flanged type, F9 class as per EN-779. Fan: Spark proof direct drive plug type, AMCA Certified Motor having features as under.

| 3 | Electrical Panel (For 20,000 CFM FFU-1): Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type three phase 415 V, 50Hz, LT panel for FFU-1 (Item No. 1 above) as per tender specifications. The panel shall be floor/ wall mountable, factory built IP 42, modular, compartimised, extendable type. The panel shall be suitable for operationon with three phase 4 wire AC supply system and fabricated from duly powder coated CRCA sheet steel (2mm thick) for all around / covers and 3mm thick gland plates. The stiffeners wherever required shall be provided in panel to have vibration free structure and the panel enclosure shall be chemically treated with seven tank or better process. The panel shall have seprate compratments for incomer and outgoing MCCB feeders. All MCBs feeders shall be mounted in a separate compartment. The numer and ratings of MCCBs and MCBs feeders shall be suitable for electrical loads like blower motor, cabinate lights, UV lamps , electronic instruments like DP swithces, fire dampers etc. Additionally, the blower motor feeder shall also be provided with VFD and bypass star-delta starter. The VFD shall be PWM type using IGBT’s or latest technology with power factor of not less than 0.95 at all loads and shall be enclosed in NEMA –1 enclosure. The VFD, its controller and associetd devices shall be installed in a separate compartment of pannel from where the RPM of the blower can be controlled. RRCAT shall provide and lay the incoming mains cable (150 A). The further distribution as per loads requirement of FFU-1 shall be a part of contractor's scope of work including supply and installation of all materials viz. cables, end termination, clamps, saddles,cabel trays etc. and included in cost of panel. | 4 | Electrical Panel (For 4800 CFM FFU-2): Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type three phase 415 V, 50Hz, LT panel for FFU-2 (Item No. 2 above) as per tender specifications. The panel shall be indoor type, floor/wall mounted IP 42 factory built, modular, compartimised, extendable type of suitable size suitable for operationon 433/415 V, 50Hz AC 3 phase supply system fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and cover, 3mm thick for gland plates with stiffeners wherever required having vibration free structure chemically treated with seven tank or better process. The panel shall have seprate compratments for incomer and outgoing MCCB feeders. All MCBs feeders shall be mounted in a separate compartment.
