Earth work in cutting, filling, levelling, compacting, grading etc. (manual or mechanical means) including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials out side the AEGCL's campus along with payment of land compensation, forest royalty and other duties as per site condition and technical specification and as directed for all levels.

Construction of Brick Boundary Wall of height 2.1 m from FGL to the top beam including RRM retaining wall as per site condition and Concertina Coil on 6 nos RBT wire and MS angle of 50x50x5 mm as technical specifications as per approved drawing including of supplying & transportation of materials to the required site along with labour charge as directed by the department. The centre to centre distance between two consecutive columns should be 2.5 m unless there is a change in alignment of the boundary wall. There should be a double column after every 25 m interval along the alignment of the boundray wall. The grade of concrete should be minimum of M20 grade (1:1.5:3), the grade of PCC should be 1:3:6, reinforcement of Fe 500 grade, 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on both sides including priming and painting 2 coats of water proofing weather coat antifungal exterior paint and applying red oxide priming coat on steel surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete in all aspects.

Construction of RCC drain with RCC cover as per approved drawing and technical specifications including Earth work in excavation & back filling, compacting, supplying & transportation of materials to the required site along with labour charge as directed by the department. The grade of concrete should be minimum of M20 grade (1:1.5:3), the grade of PCC should be 1:3:6 and reinforcement of Fe 500 grade complete in all aspects.

Site clearance and site preparation along with Jungle clearence including uprooting of vegitation, grass, brush-wood, sapling and Cutting down trees, grubbing up roots, filling pits and levelling off ground lopping branches, trimming and removing, also including dismantling of 2 existing assam-type quarters and stacking of serviceable materials, disposal of unserviceable materials outside of AEGCL"s Campus and cleaning site etc. as directed.

Miscellaneous demolishing and dismantling of existing boundary wall (265 m length approx.), existing security fencing of 35 m length, boulder masonary wall with drain (25 m length) and 1 number of 4-legged gantry foundation including stacking of serviceable materials, disposal of unserviceable materials outside of AEGCL"s Campus and cleaning site etc. as directed.

Construction of Switchyard Fencing along with switchyard gate as per approved drawing and technical specifications including Earth work in excavation, backfilling, compacting, Brick work, supplying & transportation of materials to the required site along with labour charge as directed by the department. The grade of concrete should be minimum of M20 grade (1:1.5:3), the grade of PCC should be 1:3:6 and reinforcement of Fe 500 grade, 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on both sides including priming and painting 2 coats of water proofing weather coat antifungal exterior paint and applying red oxide priming coat on steel surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete in all aspects.

Construction of Switchyard Approach Road (ICBP) with 80 mm thick concrete pavers block of grade minimum M35 including scraping of existing road, disposal of scrap materials outside AEGCL' campus, supplying soil for subgrade if required, compacting and levelling of scraped surface and subgrade, providing and compacting of one layer of 75 mm thick GSB, two layer of WBM each layer of 75 mm thickness, M20 grade of PCC Kerb (250x300) as per approved drawing and technical specifications including supplying & transportation of materials to the required site along with labour charge as directed by the department complete in all aspects.

Construction of RCC staging for 20,000 Ltrs OH HDPE Tank along with supplying installation of 4 nos 5000 Ltrs each and 2 nos 1000 ltrs each of Sintex made Water tanks including Steel Ladder, Slow Sand Filter with 3HP Centrifugal pump with all electrical works, control panels etc., constrcution of Pump house of plinth area 3.35 sqm, as per approved drawing and technical specifications including Earth work in excavation, supplying & transportation of materials to the required site along with labour charge as directed by the department. The grade of concrete should be minimum of M20 grade (1:1.5:3), the grade of PCC should be 1:3:6 and reinforcement of Fe 500 grade, 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4), priming and painting 2 coats of water proofing weather coat antifungal exterior paint and applying red oxide priming coat on steel surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete in all aspects.

Dismantling and demolishing of existing Steel staging water tank and G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials outside of AEGCL"s Campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Renovation of existing water supply system network from deep tube well to Slow sand water filter, OH tank and to each Quarter Unit, Control Room Building, Offices, security booth, workshops etc. with new CPVC Pipe line of sizes ranging from 20 mm to 50 mm OD with a new deep tube well boring depth of 180 m of dia 250 mm PVC casing & and filter as required along with mobilization of driling rig, development of tube well, 5 HP stage 14 to 50 with control pane, CPVC Column Pipe, twin 10 sqmm insulated steel cable rope, 6 Sqmm Cable, cover plate, valve, pea size grave for filter media, clamps, niples, nut & bolts etc. as required for completion of the work supply of materials and labour including supply of 5 HP submersible pump, pipe line materials and other necessary accessories.

Construction of Boulder masonary retaining wall as per approved drawing and technical specifications supplying & transportation of materials to the required site along with labour charge as directed by the department complete in all aspects.
