Bead and if required angle threshold of MS angle 50 x 25 mm or base tie of 1.25mm pressed MS welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamp i/c steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of steel primer after pretreatment or surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.with in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade i/c throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foregn matter.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 water borne aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing the surface of concrete smooth.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (Berral type)anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc complete(250x16).

Providing and fixing MS fan clamp type-I of 16 mm dia MS bar bend to shape with hooked ends in RCC during laying including printing the expossed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete.

P/F MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames/pressed steel frame with M.S. flat square/round bars 12mm Dia with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws Plain grill.

Providing, laying jointing,testing and commissioning at site in treches galvanised miled steel pipe following dia (medium grade) as under confirming to BIS-1239 (part 1) 1990 or latest with upto date amendments capable of with standing required test pressure as prescribed in BIS/ISO code, in random lengths of 5.50 to 5.60 meter. The pipe ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, confirming to IS -816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories what evere required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends and other special manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes whatever required as per site requirment i/c carriage in all leads and lifts and as per directed by Engineer in Charge (earth work in trench to be measured and paid for separatly).
