Supply & laying unwashed local river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed , (Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular to the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate in foundation and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of existing/new poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands alternate with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Dismantling and taking down of unserviciable existing street/security light/flood light fittings for repair/replacement of burnt/worn out assy/ surge protector and refix the same after repair/replacement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( item required for replacement shall be measured as supply only under respective items).

S & F street light GI bracket of 1.2 mtr long made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape of 120 degree end welded at required including 02 Nos MS clamp of FL 40 x 6mm including nuts bolts & washers complete necessary fixing arrangements on pole as directed.

S & F in replacement 4 sqmm solid conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular from junction box /over head line to fitting complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Taking out old UNSV GI Pipe of any make & size complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

S & F or laying galvanised steel tubing Light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/walls under road crossing of size 40 mm borecomplete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

S&F in replacement of 50 mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches / wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Taking out old UNSV LT UG cable of any make & sizeof 10/6 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Taking out old UNSV LT UG cable of any make & size of 16/25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

M&L for Servicing of complete high mast of any make any model, cap, height by greasing of wire rope, winch, motor with complete function, proper connection of light fittings in lantern carrage, cleaning & proper connection of High mast panel all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix / draw PVC insulated and sheathed trailing cable copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 5 core, EPR PCP round cable 1100 volt grade. Including taking down old cables all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Repairing of 1 HP capacity electric motor of high mast, AC 3 phase, dismantling the motor cutting and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super insulated copper conductor winding wire of same gauge, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED Type Aviation obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, 302 Nos. LED are provided fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge. Make Bajaj - Cat part No BGAV 302 LED or equivalent of make mentioned in Appendix 'B'

Supply only wire rope of high mast light from winch to top made out of stainless steel grade AISI 316 sutable for taking min 750 kg load / as per existing rope size including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Supply and fix MCB’s tripple pole & neutral 63 Amps, 415 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole 6-32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Bollard garden light fitting with base plate and necessary foundation and connected electric connections and PCC work complete and IP 65/66 complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge.

S&F 20 mm dia conduit pipe of medium grade fixed on pole with MS clamps made out 25 x 3 mm thick MS flat with the size of pole , nut, bolt etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Supply jointing connecting in repair and testing, straight through joint, epoxy based complete with jointing material and all standard accessories suitable for XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable, LT 1100 Volts, aluminium conductor of 10/16/25 Sqmm suitable for 3.5/ 4 core all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
