Repair and maintenance of 400 TR Trane Make Water Cooled Screw Chiller Air Conditioning plant including refrigerant charging, oil replacement, decaling and routine maintenance service at Punjab and Haryana High Court, Sector-1, Chandigarh.

Providing and Charging of Refrigerant R-134 complete in all respect.

De-scailing of 400 TR Chiller Condenser including cost of coil clean chemical, mechanical cleaning of tubes i.e brushing of individual tube with opening of end cover from one side. The work includes the cost of nuts & bolts, Gaskets including cleaning of floor area to entire satisfaction of EIC.

Providing and charging of Lubricant Oil ISO 68 Polyolester for chiller machine complete in all respect.

Providing and Fixing of Water Temperature Sensors overmolded, programming required complete in all respect.

Pressure testing and brazing work of 01 No Machine complete in all respect. The work includes refrigerant recovery from the chiller, repair of leakages, nitrogen pressure testing, pressure holding and leak checking, micron reading, refrigerant charging, oil top-up, and restarting/commissioning of the the chiller machine.

Providing routine maintenance service, including labour charges for installation of spare parts such as temperature sensors, charging of lubricant oil in chillers, and replacement / installation of other AC plant components, complete in all respects, including inspection and testing of chiller machine in which the parts were installed.

Visit Charges: Site visit by Trane Engineer for inspection of machine, including submission of report after completion of the work in which the parts were installed. All the parts to be purchased from OEM Only
