REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS INCLUDING COOLING APPLIANCES OF OTM AND MD ACCN OF DGQA AREA UNDER AGE E/M (S) SECUNDERABAD

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any type/ size of light/fan/socket/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site area complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable light fittings,security light fittings,bulk head fittings,false ceiling light fittings, (1'x 4'/ 2'x2') / cob lights /round recessed / round- square surface etc. from any height of building complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCB's/MCCB's/Distribution boards any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down earthing material complete plate and pipe etc from 2.25 mtrs depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for for Point wiring complete with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm (for Phase and neutral) PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded, copper conductor FRLS cable of 1100V grade drawn through and including new non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, 20 mm bore with conduit accessories concealed in wall /floor and fixed on ceiling/roof/truss/columns etc, including provision of factory made ISI marked branded pressed steel terminal box of suitable thickness duly painted inner and outer side by anti corrosive paint for housing the switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover with cadmium plated screw, cup washer etc. complete concealed in walls and provn of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of green colour to common earth dolly etc. for one light point controlled by one switch. complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth. (ii) The cost of cutting of chases of required width and depth for concealed conduit incl plastering, making good to disturbed surface, painting two coat to match the existing wall colour is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (iii) Three runs of copper conductor wire & one run of PVC conduit,metal Sunken box, modular frames & connected accessories shall be measured as one point

All as per Sl item No 5 above but for One ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch through regulator complete all as specified and as directed.
