"Providing environmental management services, as detailed below(1(a), 1(b), 1(c) & 1(d)) but not limited to, at NRPL, Panipat premises (Consisting of complete ground floor including canteen dining area, stores, first floor, rooftop, roads in the premise, COX building & material store area) by deploying appropiate work force (minimum work force of 6 house keepers (1 Semi skilled supervisor & 5 unskilled labour) required for providning services at 5 defined service locations) including equipment, tools & tackles and all materials for daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly activities, as per spe cial conditions & technical specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge "
"(A) DAILY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE : Ground floor, first floor & materail Office (All the jobs as listed below should be completed before start of office hours): 1. To ensure the area to be thoroughly hygienic by removing all foreign materials, dust, dirt etc. through proper/ efficient/ effective processes (Manually/ mechanically, as per requirement) of office space including brushing and swabbing of office premises. 2. Removing dust from all items of furniture (wooden, steel and upholstered etc.) such as tables, chairs, sofa sets, storage racks, filing cabinets, almirahs etc., other fixtures, vertical blinds, notice boards, display boards, planters, pictures, paintings, etc. 3. Removing dust from all exposed surfaces, partitions, top and jambs including grooves, rebates etc. 4. Removing dust & spots from glass doors & panels and all the cabins in the building. 5. To ensure the area to be thoroughly hygienic by removing all foreign material, dust, dirt etc. through proper/ efficient/ effective processes (Manually/ mechanically, as per requirement) of all the toilets (Ladies, Gents & Reserved & contractor toilets). 6. Changing toilet papers rolls and flushmatic tablets/cakes in the flush system of water closets, as and when required, or as instructed by Engineer-In charge, to ensure that toilets at all the times are equipped with necessary sanitary material of approved quality. 7. Provision of liquid toilet soap in the toilets and placement of sufficient quantity of air fresheners as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. (The liquid soap dispensers and air fresheners containers under no circumstances remain empty at any point of time) 8. To ensure the area to be thoroughly hygienic by removing all foreign material, dust, dirt etc. through proper/ efficient/ effective processes (Manually/ mechanically, as per requirement) of fixtures in pantries (service core)-sink, khurra, draining boards. 9. Spraying of room air freshener in corridors and all the cabins and halls between 0845 hours to 0900 hours from ground floor to first floor. All empty bottle should be shown to site engineer before they are destroyed on daily basis. 10. Removing refuse/waste paper from waste paper baskets/buckets/bins from all seats & cabins, pantries and waste material from other places. The refuse shall be disposed-off at the nearest garbage disposal point of municipal authorities, without disturbing the environment and as per local laws. 11. Removing stains from floors and partitions by using spirit/ thinner or any other suitable cleaning agent, without leaving any undesirable ""post-cleaning"" effect. Brushing and vacuum cleaning of carpets, mats etc. as per the instructions of Engineer-In-charge. 12. Brushing of machine rooms such as Electrical control room, AC control room and electrical Substation rooms such as HT panel room etc. for removing dust, dirt & foreign material to ensure the areas to be hygienic. 13. Removal of spider webs from inside/outside of the building. 14. Emptying out of ash urns and waste pits, after office hours so as not to cause/mark any scratch on the floor, and fresh sand to be filled up if required. 15. Pest control of cabins by spraying approved mosquito/pest repellent with the help of mechanical pump to make the area free from mosquitoes, flies & insects etc. 16. Rodent/ rat/ lizard control to be done as and when required on daily basis. 17. Sweeping/cleaning of roads in the Adm. Building premises and disposal of refuse at the nearest garbage disposal point of municipal authorities, without disturbing the environment and as per local laws. "
"(B) WEEKLY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE : Ground floor, first floor & material store area 1. To ensure the area to be thoroughly hygienic by removing all foreign materials, dust, dirt, refuse, waste paper, garbage, debris etc. through proper/ efficient/ effective processes (Manually/ mechanically, as per requirement) from the NRPL, Panipat premises including swabbing of office premises with the help of approved detergents & by scrubbing machine and then polishing the floors of ground & first floor by using polishing machine including the area of corridors, lounges, all substations etc.; removing stains on floors; drying the surface with the help of Vacuum cleaner, cloth rugs etc. (The refuse/wa ste paper/garbage/debris etc. shall be disposed-off at the nearest garbage disposal point of municipal authorities, without disturbing the environment and as per local laws) 2. Removing dust and spots of glass doors (Those not covered in daily jobs), glass panes, wooden doors, knobs, wooden partitions, walls, signboards, logo board, electrical switches & plugs, brass /steel/acrylic name plates and name boards with water and approved detergent/cleaning agents. 3. Harpic/acid cleaning of sanitary fittings in all the toilets without damaging their shine. 4. Proper and effective waste, dirt and dust removal in the area of balconies/projections of the building. Removing of dust & dirt from air conditioning grills. 5. Polishing of brass/steel door handles, brass/steel name plates/deptt. board, display boards, shields and trophies etc. with brass/steel polish. Cleaning of all the artificial and natural plants kept inside the office building. Disinfection of telephone-sets/ auto-dialers with suitable perfume/cleaning agent as approved by Engineer-In-Charge. 6. Cleaning of computer peripherals such as network printers and line printers with suitable cleaning agent and chemicals. 7. Cleaning of drinking water cooler each on ground and first floor on every Saturday before office hours so as not to disturb office functioning. 8. Pest control services and rodent/ rat control in the total premises of ground & first floors, cable trenches etc. of electrical sub-station, to keep the area healthy & hygienic on every Friday/Saturday after office hours so as not to disturb office functioning, or as desired by Engineer In charge."
"(C)FORTNIGHTLY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE : Ground floor, first floor, rooftop & material store area 1. To ensure the area to be thoroughly hygienic by removing all foreign material, dust, dirt etc. through proper/ efficient/ effective processes(Manually/ mechanically, as per requirement) of the entire wall area fixed with tiles/marbles in the various floors (including canteen dining area) with approved detergent, removing stains with thinner etc. and polishing the same with wax polish. 2. Removing dust and dirt of fluorescent/decorative electrical fittings & fixtures, wall mounted & pedestal fans in all the places of office premises. 3. Rubbing / stain removing of stone walls with the help of detergent etc. 4. Cleaning and removing of dust, dirt etc. of roof top open terrace. Removal of waste materials from building area for smooth function of drains/gutter/drum of plants, pump houses. 5. Dry and wet cleaning and maintenance of external glasses, door/window glasses of all floors. Suitable telescopic ladder shall be used to access the difficult portion. "
"(D) MONTHLY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE: Ground floor, first floor, rooftop & material store area 1. Removing of dust and dirt etc. of chandelier including globe & bulbs, Ceiling, coffered beams. 2. Removing stains & spots of canteen and pantry walls, paneling, floors, doors and windows. CP- finished dining tables, fittings, fixtures, bracket fans, exposed surfaces of lighting fixtures, marble cladding, ceramic tiles with approved quality detergents and chemicals / compound etc. Waste, dirt and dust removal of balconies floor, parapet walls, etc. 3. Waste, dirt and dust removal of rooftop area with the help of hand brooms, iron brush/broom etc. Removal of bee-hives as and when required from the premises in such a manner as not to deface any portion of the building. 4. Anti-termite treatment using Bayer products/Termisolve B PRO/ Termise by Diversey or equivalent make to be done monthly or as & when required basis in table, cabinets, walls, floors etc. as per direction of EIC . 5. Cleaning of water storage tanks of capacity upto 2000 litres with suitable cleaning agents and chemicals."

Dry cleaning of chairs -Upholstery of all types(using Tasky/Partekcarpet-shampoo & spotter) including the consumables, top quality chemicals, compounds, machines, brushing (to loosen dirt) by duly removing all dust/dirt/stains, vacuuming, shampooing with upholstery scrubbing brush, tools & tackles, labour, material complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The works will be carried out during odd hours/Night-Hours/Holidays/Closed-Days etc. and shall include shifting of items/furniture etc. at work-site and all jobs as per directions of Engineer-In-charge.
Dry cleaning of sofasets (per seat for all single/double/triple seater sofas)-upholstery (silk/leather/velvet/synthetic etc.) using Tasky-R2/Partek-P2 solution/spotters & then using Tasky-R4/Partek-P4(forshineup the sofa,wherever required) as per the quality of sofa upholstery including the consumables,t op quality chemicals, compounds, machines, tools & tackles, labour, material etc. duly removing all dust/dirt/stains by brushing, vaccuming, shampooing with upholstery scrubbing brush etc. as per site requirement and complete in all respects and to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The works will be carried out during odd hours/Night-Hours/Holidays/Closed-Days etc. and shall include shifting of items/furnitures etc. at work-site and all jobs as per directions of Engineer-In-charge.
Washing of vertical blinds (per strip) - including removal of the blinds and proper fitting of the blinds after dry cleaning. The works will be carried out during odd hours/ Night- hours/ Holidays/ Closed-Days etc as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge.
Washing of big towel of any colour of apprx. 1500mm x 750mm size or next higher size including removal from senior executive's chair and keeping the same neatly on the respective chairs in proper position complete with transportation to & from workshop as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
Weekly washing of hand towel of apprx. 600mm x 400mm size or next higher size including removal from senior executives washrooms and keeping the same neatly in proper position complete with transportation to & from workshop as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
Weekly washing of loose sofa covers(per seat for all single/double/triple seater sofas) of all sizes of sofas incliding removing of the covers and refixing of the same neatly after wasing on respective sofas complete with transportation to & from workshop as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
Washing of chair covers as and when required and keeping the same neatly after wasing in designated stores at office building complete with transportation to & from workshop as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
Honing of Marble-floor(with Tasky/Partek /EQUIVALENT REPUTED MAKE (as approved by Engineer-in -Charge) flexible polishing-resin pads/grits), followed by crystallization treatment (using Tasky-Nobile or Partek Starr & Tasky/Partek make /EQUIVALENT REPUTED MAKE (as approved by Engineer-in -Charge) single disc machine for scrubbing/honing)and buffing (with Tasky/Partek/EQUIVALENT REPUTED MAKE (as approved by Engineer-in -Charge) buffing-pads) in order to give mirror-polish to the Marble flooring including minor repairs of cracks/defects etc. complete in all respects as per the specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The works will be carried out during odd- hours/Night-Hours/Holidays/Closed-Days etc. and shall include shifting of items/furnitures etc. at work-site and all jobs as per directions of Engineer-In-charge.
Ist time operation including washing of floor before polishing,filling of the cracks,repairing of damaged textures and then carrying out the complete operation as described above to give the mirror polish finish to complete floor including steps,risers and skirting etc
2nd time after 6 months of the completion of Ist stage polishing and then successively after six months to maintain the floor in mirror finish and shining including all labour,materials,tools & tackles etc. complete including initial polish.The frequency shall be six months after initial cleaning
