M & L in replacement sub main wiring with Two runs single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor FRLS multistranded 1100 volts grade 2x4sqmm in and including heavy grade PVC casing and capping and its accessories with fixing arrangements on surface, wall, floor or ceiling etc including 4 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. One run of earth continuity conductor,one run of PVC casing capping and two run of copper conductor together taken as one length for measuring unit length. 2. Colour code shall be used for wiring Red/Yellow/Blue colour for phase, Black colour for Neutral and Green colour for earth wire.Make :- 1. Excavation in trenches hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for taking out old cable

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified all as specified and directed

Removing excavated meterial not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m all as specified and directed

Material and labour for old size bricks sub class 'B' laid in trenches for cable protection laid flat adjacent to each other and length perpendicular to direction of cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for ordinary riddled earth soil confirms to IS-1255 for cushioning 8cm thick below the cable & 15cm above the cable and punned down to 10cm from top of cable complete all as specified. Total spread thickness shall be 23 cm and measured 18 cm compacted thickness for payment).

Supply, laying, testing and connecting inreplacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable LT 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable laid in trenches/ fixed on walls etc of size 3.5 core x 70 sqmm alongwith connecting accessories like lugs & gland etc complete all as specified and directed.Make - CCI/Asian cable/Finolex/Polycab/Gloster/Universal. Note :- All itemss as applicable for E/M BOQ item No 97 to 132 shall be puchased from original manufacturers/ authorized distributor/ dealers and purchase vouchers GST etc along with warranty cert of manufacturers duly defaced/signed by contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge to be submitted along with paymenr claims for verification, scrutiny, passing of bill and future record purpose.
