MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND SERVICING OF CEILING FANS , EXHAUST FANS, WALL MOUNTED FANS AND GYESERS UNDER GE AWC MHOW.

Dismantling of complete Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep (i.e.) down rod with its canopies, shackle, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, (weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled fan) varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed.

All as per Sl. item no. 1.00 above but ceiling fan 1400mm sweep.

All as per Sl. item no. 1.00 & 2.00 here-in-before but only overhauling of celing fan 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep by greasing and oiling except rewinding of starter winding complete all as directed.

M&L for painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, onecoat after cleaning all dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of complete exhaust fan 300 mm sweep unscrewing the body parts of the exhaust fan taking out starter , rotor winding, ball bearing gun metal bush etc. Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, (weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled exhaust fan) varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. Re-assembling complete exhaust fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item no. 5.00 above but exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep.

All as per Sl. item no. 5.00 & 6.00 above but only overhauling of exhaust fan 450 mm / 300 mm sweep by greasing and oiling except rewinding of starter winding complete all as directed.

Dismantling of complete pedestal fan / cabin fan 400 mm sweep unscrewing the body parts of the fan taking out starter, rotor winding, ball bearing gun metal bush etc. Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, (weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled exhaust fan) varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. Re-assembling complete fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed. Notes for Sl item no. 1.00 to 8.00 :- (a) Spare parts found unserviceable / defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. (b) The element for fixing of new spare parts are deemed to be included in quoted unit rate of above items.

Supply only condenser of capacity 2.5 to 3.15 MFD, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC confirming to IS 1709 complete.

Supply only condenser of capacity 4 MFD, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC confirming to IS 1709 complete.

Supply only Rubber bush for shackle with bolt, nut and lock pin suitable for ceiling fan 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep.

Supply only Gun metal bush 15 mm size as per sample.

Supply only Split Pin of size 25 mm long.

Supply only Ball bearing of size 6201 / 6202 / 6203 as per sample.

Supply only in repair MS down rod 'medium grade' 15mm dia of length 0.75 mtr complete with making split holes, cut or threads at both end of pipe as required for hanging of ceiling fan incl. painting of rod with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of primer all as directed.

All as per Sl. item no. 15.00 above but of length 1.0 mtr.

Supply only 'U' shape shackle clamp assembly incl checknut, bolts, screws, washer, lock nut, rubber reel etc. and connecting complete all as directed.

Supply only fan hook made out of steel bar as per sample

Supply only PVC insulated flexible wire twin core twisted copper conductor of size 0.75 Sqmm (24 / 0.20) complete.

Repair / maintenance and servicing of non functioining geysers of 25 ltrs capacity due to any defect like air lock, water leakage in pipe line joints,non functioning of any parts, checking electric connections and making good the loose electric connection and pipe line leakage etc. and making the geysers functional complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geysers) of 25 litres capacity for servicing after disconnecting existing water supply and electric connection by unscrewing / cutting of holding bolts / nuts from walls and opening the tank for repair including taking out inner assembly and scraping scale deposite on the surfcae of assembly, cleaning and washing and re-assembling after repairs and fixing the same in its original position and making necessary water supply and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be included the necessary cost of nut and bolt if any required at site.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geysers) of 50 litres capacity for servicing after disconnecting existing water supply and electric connection by unscrewing / cutting of holding bolts / nuts from walls and opening the tank for repair including taking out inner assembly and scraping scale deposite on the surfcae of assembly, cleaning and washing and re-assembling after repairs and fixing the same in its original position and making necessary water supply and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be included the necessary cost of nut and bolt if any required at site. Notes for Sl item no.19.00 to 21.00 :- (a) Spare parts found unserviceable / defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. (b) The rate for fixing of new spare parts are deemed to be included in quoted unit rate of above items.

Supply only 15 mm size CP Brass inlet and outlet assembly complete with rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers suitable for housing heating elements, thermostat etc. for 25 litre capacity storage type water heater complete all as specified and directed. Make - Dasspass, Ditz, Racold, Havells

Supply only glass wool for geysers of any type, capacity and make all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass ferrule of 15 mm size complete all as specified and directed. Make - Ditz, Racold, Havells

Supply only rubber gasket round / flat suitable for inlet and outlet assembly of any capacity geyser as per sample.

Supply only mild steel expansion fastners 10 mm dia and 100 mm long to walls by drilling complete with washers etc. and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts, of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make - Prayag, Polytuf

M&F for spray painting to existing Geysers of any capacity 25 Ltrs with supper enameld heat resistant paint of approved colour complete with scrapping old surfaces, filling cavities and writting MES no. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / dismantling and removing inner stainless steel/ copper tank of geyser (any make), 25 litres capacity and rectification of leakage by welding/ brazing with suitable metal including all necessary denting etc and re-assembling the same including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal plug and socket DB, two pin and earth plug, 240 volts and including one 20 Amp MCB SPN, C-Curve & including taking down of old/unsv concealed metal box replacing with new, making good cement work and paint complete all as specified and directed.
