Development of Bank and Beautification of Trunk Drain No.-I from RD-1940m to RD-3130m.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineerin- Charge.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for.Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Supply of earth including excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions by mechanical transport within 10 km lead and lift upto 1.5m including royalty.

Providing and laying 80mm thick Milano/dumble factory made C&D interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Areca Palm (dwarf) having ht. 90 cm to 105 cm with 45 to 50 suckers well developed fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 30 cm Earthen /Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Providing Gardner and Security Guards without gun for watch and ward and neatlty dressed including necessary T&P like torch, Lathi and uniform, etc. complete at Trunk Drain NO.-I , as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing White River (Stone) Pebbles size of 2" to 2.5" dia (5cm to 6.25 cm), in natural colour at site of work including loading, unloading, carriage etc. and as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bottle palm ht. 210-240 cm bottom girth 30-35 cm well developed in big HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-incharge.
