Cutting of BT road including cost and conveyance of all material charges as per specification

Carting of excavated BT to a lead of 20 km including cost and conveyance of all material charges as per specification

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 2.5kg / 10 sqmt paving bitumen on black top surfaces by using bitumen pressure sprayer.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(Medium setting) bulk using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kgs/Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification 503(4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge ( Excluding VAT charges)

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 50mm thick and mixed with hot mix plant (batch type 100-120 TPH) producing an average output of 17 cum per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading II as per table 500-10 of MORTH specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 grade as per IS 73 @ 4.5 percent by weight of the total mix and filler cement at 2% by weight of total aggregate. Including loading of materials with FE Loader, heating of binder, aggregate. Transporting the Hot Mix to work site by tipper, laying with a mechanical pavers finished to the required grade level and alignment, rolling as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 with smooth wheeled rollers and vibratory rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density including hire and operational charges of all T & P, Seinorage charges and all taxes etc., complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specifications clause No 505 (5th revision) complete in all respects but excluding cost of tack coat. The thickness of Bituminous macadam, other process shall be decided by the AE / AEE, subject to the site condition as per requirement.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 50mm thick and 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth sheeld, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Repairs to potholes any depth not exe 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust must or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm mixed with hot mix plant (batch type 100-120 TPH) in depth making good by filing in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( incl supply of road metal but making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg/10 sqm putting in premix bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg/10 sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping size and again well rammed ( incl Supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping ) depth of pot holes exe 30mm

Bituminous premixed carpet 25mm consolidated thickness 0.34 cum of stone chipping mixed with 23.75 kg of bitumen binder of 60/70 grade per 10 sqm and mixed in hot mix plant (batch type 100-120 TPH) and laid with mechanical paver rolled using power roller exceeding 8 ton and not exceeding 12 ton capacity compacted to required camber gradient to uniform smooth surface as per specification specified and as directed

Premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75mm) as per specification specified and as directed

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out from hard dense soil

Excavation over areas not exe. 1.50m deep including getting out from hard/dense soil etc.,

Removing excavated materials not exe 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5mtrs above the starting point

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Macadam specification including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with mater at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORT&H specification 40(4th Revision) for finished item of work(Excluding VAT charges)

Providing and Laying of Hot applied Thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflect rising glass beads on bituminous surface at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete for finished item of work(with all lift and lead) as per MORTH specification

Supply of Raised payment marks road studs of approved Design & Company.
