Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

10mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Udaipur Green marble slab 15-18 mm thick in shelves machine cut, bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing ,rounding edges, complete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:3 mortar backing for fixing the stone slab, complete all as specified.

100mm wide strip of makrana white marble 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing over and including 20 mm thick CM 1:3 mortar backing for fixing the stone slab, complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling / exhaust fan, ceiling cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store, incl oiling, greasing, cleaning slot, overhauling & replacement of defective nut, bolt , washers etc. and applying two coat painting with synthetic enamel to fans complete, in situ by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc., making all connection using 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multi strand PVC insulated 2 core flexible cable from ceiling rose and rehanging/ refixing complete all as per the directions of Engg-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia galvanised earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering.

Srl item No 129 (Contd...) (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old serviceable/ unserviceable MCB/ DB of any type and capacity with MCB etc after disconnecting for reuse for credit , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re-fixing only,serviceable MCB/DB of any type and capacity with MCB as obtained against item No 131 complete including minor repair to existing fitting occure while dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sheet metal enclosures for distribution board when MCB to be used TPN 4 way 415V with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type with IP-43, IK-49 protection with appropraite size bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including cutting chases in walls for fixing DB and making good disturbed wall surfaces to match the existing specifiactions ,fixing in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts 160 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA with thermal adjustble, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, rupturing capacity 10 KA including providing aluminuium thimbles for outgoing cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
