REPAIR/FITTINGS/FIXMENTS/MAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRICAL, DISTRIBUTION BOARD INCLUDING WIRING IN OFFICE BLDGS AND MISC BLDGS

Taking down aluminium/unsv copper point wiring from existing conduit / batten (light, fan, socket or power) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent or batten holder, regulators, socket, light fittings etc and removing material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area ) 1100 Volt PVC Insulated , FRLS unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor cable in and including PVC Concealed conduit 20mm dia 1.5mm thick for one light / fan point or bell point controlled by one switch (including cutting chases and making good the distributed surfaces) and fixing new 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover, sheet screws and sunken boxes after removing old unserviceable plastic laminated sheeet and sunken boxes included 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor with green PVC Insulation earth contunity conductor connected to common earth dolly etc complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) for one light /fan/ buzzer point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way Note :(i) The cost of sunken boxes and bakellite sheet is included in the quoted rate. (ii) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for any necessary point with proper fixing clips and no extra cost shall be paid for the job etc.

All as per ser item No 2.00 above here-in-above but one light /fan/ buzzer point controlled by one 5 Amp two way switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 2.00 above here-in-above but one three pin socket outlet 5 Amps independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 2.00 above here-in-above but one three pin 5 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 2.00 above here-in-above but with 2.5 Sq mm size cable multi stranded FRLS copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated 2.5 Sq mm copper standed conductor connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
