M&L for taking down existing WPT of any description including PCC padding etc. roughening surfaces of old concrete floors / slabs and washing down with water to remove dust particles complete including preparation of surface to receive plastering and removal of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 in roof padding , kerbs or mud stop, rounded or champered on edges as in coping and etc including water proofing liqued as per manufacturing instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal of grooves in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick average in cement mortar (1:4) over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm, 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyester non wooven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of blown bitumen primer @0.30 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely with torch application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instruction and applying one coat of aluminium paint @300 ml per sqm on surfaces of any description/above the APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Aluminium paint shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for two or more coat aluminium paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm in sloped surface of terrace over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Supply and fixing plain cement concrete tiles of any size 20- 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single sockected in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including demolition of 100mm AC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius of bore 110mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturers instruction over GI wire netting where ever required complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Wire mesh netting shall be measured separately (ii) Water proofing compound shall be measured separately

S&F GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to plastered/concrete/brick surfaces, wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste fixed & firmly anchored with galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples/nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Chipping of unsound/weak concrete of 50 mm average thickness from any type of RCC surfaces at any height/any storey of the bldg including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and making good the surfaces in layers with RCC nominal mix 1:1.5:3 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) laid over and including GI wire netting of 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh which shall be fixed & firmly anchored to the exposed concrete surface/reinforcement with galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples/nails including the cost of centering and shuttering and finally finished with 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 including painting to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepainted corrugated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepainted plain galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular for columns, roof truss, purlins, rafters and battens etc incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tube conforming to IS :1161-1979 Gde St-240 completely providing in any curvature and as of any shape etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and similar work including cutting tops to shape as directed including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including prepration of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new treated steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
