M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Disconnecting and Taking out unserviceable, U/G cables, 1100 Volts grade from trenches/ducts/ poles etc of any size complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3½ core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 300 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Make of APP Membrane : M/s STP Ltd./M/s Texsa India Ltd./M/s IWL India Ltd. 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the manufacturer deploying their own team under strict supervision. Requisite guarantee certificate from manufacturer along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paints on top of APP membranes @0.125kg/sqm after complete laying of APP based polymeric membrane through authorised applicator complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in roof padding in order to maintain proper slope and camber finished the surface to receive screed bed or bedding complete all as specified & as directed.
