Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4 KW, Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator (CCR) of microprocessor controlled based suitable for operation on 240/415 Volts + 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of suitable current output (2.8,3.4,4.0,5.2,6.6 Amps) suitable for local and remote control operation with suitable control supply and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earthleakage meter, positive back indication equipments, relays, contactors, complete as required for the 4KW rating and confirming to TS specifications enclosed. (FAA Compliant).

Supply of Medium intensity elevated type omni directional LED Taxiway Edge Light Fitting with 1W LED including blue lens for LED and CI base plate and assembly with heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, lenses, connecting lead, all required hardware etc. as per confirming to ICAO Annex-14 requirement.

Supply of LED Inset type Taxiway light fixture made of dia cast aluminium alloy shallow base with side entry and matching top fixture assembly with heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, lenses, connecting lead, all required hardware etc. as per confirming to ICAO Annex-14 requirement. (Inset type LED Taxiway Edge Light fitting omni directional Blue)

Supply of 15 watt, 6.6A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required.

Supply of 6 Sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment for 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6/16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/16 sq.mm. single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying HT insulation tape over which again applying PVC insulation tape complete etc as required.

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of out side dia of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate at the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole/s center at one side surface center 75 mm above bottom surface & check nut having two earth bolts & four nuts with washer of M 10x30mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having following nos. hole suitable to receive 50mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and an other one a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to received 15 mm dia 'B" class G.I. pipe & having clear opening of 220 mm at top surface and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole at the centere of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts and as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of elevated fitting on the existing transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories, alignment leveling making transformer connection, earth connection etc. connecting plug & receptacles etc complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of inset type light fixture including cutting of existing cement concrete taxiway/apron with Core cutting machine for fixing of inset light fixture with existing quick setting sealant compound such as plasticised sulpher cement/dobefill resin and hardener compound, making transformer connections,earth connections etc connecting plug & receptacles & alingment of fittings with instruments complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 300 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of earth and refilling complete etc as required.

Supply of 6.0 sq.mm. 5KV grade PVC insualted & PVC sheathed, antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-1) with upto date amendent and confirming to particular specification etc. as required.

Supply of 50 mm outer dia. DWC/ HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:1995,Material Grade:PE 80, PN 10 and as per specified in particular specification.

Laying of 50 mm outer dia DWC HDPE pipe including coupling,splicing of pipe direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway cable of 5 KV grade of 6.0 sqmm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway cable of 5 KV grade of 6.0 sqmm size in the open duct as required.

Supply of Plug and receptacles suitable for secondary lead of 2 x 4 sqmm EPR insulalted PCP sheathed copper conductor of secondary airfield lighting cables.

Making field connections by Plug or receptacles for existing secondary 2 x 4 sqmm cu cable from isolating transformer to Sign board including applying PVC insulation tape etc complete as required .

Supply of Armoured LT control cable of copper conductor of following size (i) 4 C x 1.5 sq mm

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia, Medium Class GI pipe in soil including cutting of Bituminous Road/shoulder up to an average depth of 150 mm and required width, excavation of soil up to 750 mm (approx.) from pavement level, refilling the trench with excavated soil in bottom and filling pavement cutting with cement concrete of 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2sand:4graded stone 20 mm), finishing the surface etc as required i/c threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts etc as required.

Supply of DOBEFIL 60 of Dr. Beck & Co. or equivalent sealant material suitable for fixing shallow base of inset type Thresold/Taxiway fittings etc complete as required.

Supply of Hardner 750 for DOBEFIL 60 sealant etc. as required.

Numbering of Taxiway/Thresold light fixtures/Isolation poles/Feedar pillar with suitable Paint for background and suitable colour paint for letter ,using stencil as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling of existing CI Box from the concrete/runway bituminous area without damage and filling the same with concrete so as to make the area flushed with the surrounding area complete as required and as per instruction of EIC.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in ground for loop earthing complete as required.

Supply of 3.0 Mtr GRP/Frangible Light pole with inbuilt Junction Box having Door cover with weatherproof reinforced door opening suitable for inbuilt MCB , Mica sheet and Stud terminal. and MS Base plate ,Anchor Bolt, MS Zinc passivated hardware conforming ANSI C 136.20 1990,with minimum pole thickness 6mm, Pole wind load withstand capacity up to 180 KM/HR conforming IS 875(PART 3)-1987, Top/Bottom OD Dia approx. 89/120 mm with Polyurethane Paint having suitable Tensile,compressive,flexural strengths conforming ASTM D : 5083-10 , 695 ,790 including customised bracket on the top of Light Pole made of suitable dia for 150 W LED Flood Light . ( Similar to SUMIP poles as Per Drawing No. 22-05-P-9650).

SITC of 150 Watt LED Flood Light Fitting with powder coated high pressure die cast aluminium housing, ingress protection (IP): 65, easy heat dissipation with luminare efficiency minimum 110 lumen per watt, life of LED fitting is 50000 burning hours, total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 10%, suitable for voltage input 140 - 270 volt, 50 Hz single phase AC supply including DP MCB (5-32 Amps), pole bracket,supplying and drawing of 2 Nos x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from internal junction box upto the individual light fitting,connection etc. complete as required.

Erection of Light poles of Size not exeeding 3 Mtr with Base Plate and Anchor Plate by making of suitable pedestral foundation of size (0.30 x 0.30 x 1.20) Mtr. with PCC foundation 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) i/c providing & fixing 04 Nos. G I foundation bolt, anchor plate, template, nut & washer by laying of suiable dia HDPE flexible pipe for loop in/out cable i/c excavation & refilling etc. complete as required.

Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Alumimium Conductor armoured power cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date :

Supplying and laying of following size DWC/ HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. (i) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe or in open trench as required.
