DAY TO DAY MAINT TO CERTAIN BLDGS INCL MISC WORKS AND REPAIR/MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANK AND REPAIR TO STORM WATER DRAIN COVER AT 652 COY ASC (CIV GT) IMTRAT UNDER GE(AF) HASI MARA

Taking out sludge including blockage and cleaning of the manhole of any size, any depth description, depth n. exc 1.50m each and removing and depositing sludge at a distance not less than 20m in a ditch including necessary excavation of pits and covering with earth & spraying unslaked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manhole to make hygienic including necessary flushing of manhole with water after desludging, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of excavation and earth work for pit, covering of ditch and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Dewatering/desludging & cleaning of septic tank of any depth, any size, taking out water minced with sludge and solid including any foreign materials such as stones, tree hedges etc, removing and depositing sludge at a distance not less than 20m in a ditch including necessary excavation of pits and covering with earth & spraying unslaked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the septic tank to make hygienic, complete all as specified and directed Note: The cost of excavation and earth work for pit, covering of ditch and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Cleaning of blockage in sewage lines/drain pipes of internal dia 100mm/150mm/200mm by rodding or by any other suitable means and cleaning the entire line and well flushing between the manholes, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked WC's and soil pipes of any dia up to first manhole by rodding or by any other means and well flushing with water the entire line after cleaning, complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked Floor/gully/nahani trap in bathroom/kitchen/wash basin etc and soil waste pipe of any dia upto gully traps by using rubber hand pump or rodding and opening the eye and making the line clear for smooth function, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition.)

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia (Grade Fe-500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, manholes etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
