Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No 50 : S&F Second class hard wood 35 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 51 : - M&L for preparation of newly surfaces of wood and wood base of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 52 : - M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 53 :- S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 54 :- S&F of 4 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure steam cured) pre-primed textured designer board, water resistant, be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 2mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins of the roof complete all as specified and directed. (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately)

Item No. 55 :- S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 56 : S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 57 : - M&L plaster 15 mm thick in one layer CM 1:4 on concrete surface over roof slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 58 : - M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super themo APP midified water froofing membran compressing of following of approachable roof: (i) Cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of make (M/s STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd/ M/s STP and Tikki Tar Ltd) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/Sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 59 : - M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection / path & finishing even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 60 : - Cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 20cm thick, machine pressed set jointed and pointed in complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 115(A) : - S&F Powder coated aluminium frame for windows, ventilators openable etc (section WS-1692) including joining cleat for fixing, locking arrangement, rubber beading, screws, etc complete all as specified. Make: JINDAL/HINDALCO/INDALCO. Note: (i) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely. (ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arrangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.

Item No 115(B) : - S&F Powder coated aluminium shutters for windows, ventilators sliding/openable etc including joining cleat for fixing, locking arrangement, rubber beading, screws, etc complete all as specified. Make: JINDAL/HINDALCO/INDALCO. Note: (i) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely. (ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arrangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.

Item No 115(C) : - Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the Brick masonry members (excluding plaster), top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 115(D) : - Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (50 mm average thickness).

Item No 115(E) : - Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge. (Bars above 12 mm diameter)

Item No 115(F) : - Providing & applying two coats of anti corrosive protective coating (CBRI / CSIR technology) for reinforcement bars by brush. Sprinkle dry sand when second coat is tacky so as to get rough surface.

Item No 115(G) : - Providing & applying one coat of concrete Penetrating corrosion inhibitor (surface applied) which works on bipolar inhibition mechanism on entire concrete surface to be repaired by using brush or spray at 250 m per Sq.Mt/Coat or as per manufacturer's specification and prior to application of first coat of anti corrosive coating to reinforcement.

Item No 115(H) : - Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in - charge. Item No 115(M) : - Providing and grouting the holes by Poly Ceramic Cementitious i.e NicGrout G 06 + 53 grade cement material of as per requirement to reduce the porosity of concrete / Masonry structure and to increase the strength of structure using grouting pipes, grouting m/c, mixer etc and all relevant safety with all leads and lifts, material, machinery, labour, etc. Complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Item No 115(N) : - Providing & laying applying Glass Fiber sheet wrap at structural members including surface preparation: Grinding / Moulding concrete substrate, cleaining it with wire brush, removing oil, laitance it present, rounding sharp edges to min 25 mm radius etc., complete. Profiling: Applying PRIMER on prepared substrate, filling holes and uneven surface with PUTTY etc complete. Wrapping: Wrapping the Glass fibre wrap to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc. Repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with interval of 8 hours. Sand Pasting Applying saturant, rectify air voids if any, paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes. (Make of measurement: Per Sq.Mt of Fiber consume and not application of surface area.)
